Patternator Premium is a monthly subscription for $3.99 per month. Price may vary by location.
Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Free to download but needs a subscription
Wish there was more transparency at the time of searching before downloading that you knew that it’s a subscription based app and you’d be hit with a 7 day free trial, waste of a download.

Very customisable
I wish there was the option to access the photo gallery in my phone while my camera was disabled. Other than that, I love that it's very customisable, and would be good if there was also an option to change the background to another image from the gallery.
