Poor app UI/UX
Video download is SLOW & LAGGY. Also not able to change the account name. UI/UX is also not smooth and its buggy! Whoever is the developer/creator of this app, better go and fix this issues!

Poor quality app and camera
Not only did the camera screen lag out when we unplugged it for a second, the app itself is atrocious! The app insists we login yet refuses to accept our login attempts (we also tried apple ID) and this app is so laggy! It is so troublesome and perhaps this is why the sellers of the camera do not show the app when selling the camera. The app is troublesome and so laggy that it has shorten my dad’s lifespan as he tries to figure this out! It is not worth the time and effort and the price of the cameras when you can’t even use them. I hope the creators of the app will do something about this instead of just selling duds and scamming everyone.

The app for iPhone is able to run pretty smoothly but the IU need to keep improving. Quite laggy on the phone but no worry after downloading to computer. Image is acceptable not to saggy for the price pay. Not that intuitive app yet. The action camera is worth buying if on a tight budget. I rate for a 4 star compare with my iPhone 13pro max video quality. Ergonomics wise is ok. U really need to play around with setting to get the best out of it from default factory settings. Low light is acceptable only but not the worst as it had a new f1.8 aperture n sensor inside. For low light earn a 3 star rating. Anyway iPhone low light get a 4star only. Just buy one n play with it if u got a good discount. No regret

Where is SJ9?
Reading the caption of this app it states that it will be able to connect to the SJ9 camera. However, after further inspection of the app, I am still unable to connect my camera to the app as there is no option for it. I hope this is something that can be fixed.

Ive bought SJ6 3months ago.....still cant connect the camera with my iphone. Will throw the sj6 in the rubbish where it belongs and save the hassle of burdening other people should i want to give them - stupid app.

I thought it was a better version app for SJCAM but you couldn't download the photos that you've taken recently. You can change the password and the name of the wifi but what you have taken and recorded isn't showing at all.

Files downloaded but not transfer to iphone
Connected to sjcam app successfully but when files downloaded and show saved, my iphone does not show the pictures inside. Should have bought xiaoyi instead. Haiz regretted! No shutter, photo no wide angle, battery capacity small and useless support forum.

Just bought my SJ5000 today. Phone is connected to cam's wifi (and there is wifi symbol on the cam) but when I open the app it says connection failure. Pls fix thanks!
