Too complicated!
One country with too many states, further division into different districts. Users had to place non refundable deposits at all applicable states/districts! Too much uncertainty if any management went into financial problems and deposits gone!

Really great app
Ease of use of this is great. No more having to keep coins in the car or brace the heat/rain. Two suggestions for further improvements :
- accepting Amex
- ability to save credit card for future payments (current there is a tick box for it but has never worked)
- scheduling parking (this is really important). Some of us work where public parking is only available. so every day we won’t have to manually pay and it can be an automatic thing (scheduling the hour, duration and days)

Simple but effective
It's great and one can extend the time limit by just paying online without having to rush to the car physically with a clock timer, too. I do wish it extends to other cities besides Kuala Lumpur!
