After using for a few years, even before it was useable in Singapore, I have faced an issue which has been reported online. Even in the Amazon support group. Amazon support gave very ‘misleading’ answers without any results. People were led from 1 country’s support channel to another. I experienced it after with my new iphone 14 max pro.
I have to answer all the profile setting queries before I could get into the main screen. The Devices section would return a blank. Like it was going into search mode for hours! When I went into the Chat through the app, a support staff named Mohd helped me to do the necessary checks and said he would do the escalation of the problem to the proper dept. He asked me to fill up the Feedback form in the app. While doing that, he signed out. Another staff called Anoob or Anoop responded and asked me to contact the Singapore support. As I’ve read in many support groups, you will be asked to go to your own country’s support which will lead to nothing. He fella said that he had no knowledge of my case and cannot get Mohd to respond, or Mohd will not respond. Basically he is acting like he’s a dumb fool(sorry for my bad manners!). I do not understand why there is a channel to get support which directs you to another which will probably lead you to yet another! I gave up!
Now, I have to depend on another old phone or my ipad, to manage the system in my home. Should have just stayed on Google Home. I switched to Alexa because of my Ring video doorbell! Now I am being s__t upon!

Doesn’t see Apple Music App & support
Tried many links available on websites and support on Apple support too. When trying to search Apple Music in Alexa skills it doesn’t show up ( Singapore). When trying to link cannot since it doesn’t appear to link. When trying to give command only to play on iPhone - like Alexa open and play Apple Music it replies needs an accessory to play or otherwise Apple Music is not supported in your country. While, I have paid subscription of all Apple products Alexa failed to add those skill sets, so cannot use Echo efficiently for iOS devices. Only way is to use as Bluetooth speaker, while using as Bluetooth speaker the sound strength drops drastically.

Slow Alexa response on iOS
On ios, when giving command to Alexa over voice, it will listen and then flash for at least 6 before responding.

Poor interface, difficult to use
Can u please make it easier and have most preferred settings as default. Let customer edit if required. When I ask Alexa to play chart busters, top or hit songs the playlist is soooo useless that average listener would like to throw Alexa unit out.
