Poorly designed user experience
App does not allow me to manage my frequent flyer profile, gives the same “technical difficulties” errors for more than 2 weeks. There is no way to contact Emirates customer support through the app, it only points me to irrelevant FAQ that doesn’t solve my problem. App is useless to me in its current state.

Live chat is terrible
Live chat doesn’t allow you to type in numbers, and when I press back to look for my booking number as requested by the customer service rep, the chat window closes and I have to start all over again. Incredibly stupid system, such a simple feature has not been thoughtfully planned.

Updated app is absolutely fabulous! Easy, self explanatory and intuitive! One small point, it keeps saying that passenger information is incomplete but if one where to go online on a laptop, the information IS complete. Other than that, no complaints!

Asked to UPDATE but failed to update
The apps in apple store is showing update, but after click it, it prompt message mentioned that I already purchased the apps and not able to download again. Really misleading and confused.
When I open the apps, it prompted message to ask to update!

Crashing
My biggest issue with this app is that it forces you to update to use it. And if you’re going to force someone to update the app, then it needs to work! This app is consistently crashing when opened and can’t be used.

I have used the SQ and Delta apps and find that the EK app is by far the easiest to use and fastest to load. But I did not book using the app, only checked my booking and checked-in.

So I am not the only 1 facing this problem!!! Shows app needed to be updated whereas app is updated in my phone. This caused me so much inconvenience while doing my check-in. Yes of course I could complete check-in via Internet but I had to re-enter all my information before checking in. You have only 1 app for your passengers’ convenience, please do it RIGHT!!!

Very easy simple to use app
It is no hassle booking with the app. Every time I book it has been a very good experience. Only thing is though you cannot pay through certain Visa cards.

Useless for creating new account
I downloaded this app and tried to create a new account as i dont have one yet.
1) i entered special characters in my password then the app prompted me saying its now allowed, so i tried to update it but everytime i click on the password field it brings up the month/day/year fields for the birthday. Only way to fix it is to cancel the current account creation and start over.
2) when i entered all the fields correctly, i am trying to submit the new account but im getting a message saying "empty title", but the title is not empty as shown on the screen. Even if i choose another title it still gives me the same error.
