This version is the official prayer book of the Catholic Church, however, it is suitable for all Christian faith traditions. It contains the official text and audio of daily prayers from the Liturgy of the Hours of the Roman Catholic Church (Breviary) and has been approved for use in the United States by USCCB.
The Divine Office App is designed to make praying more convenient, enjoyable, and simple enough for anyone to use. It automatically downloads the appropriate prayers for each office, every day of the year, including Solemnities, Feasts, and Memorials.
When St. Paul advises us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to “pray without ceasing,” he intends more than simply bowing our heads and speaking to God on a regular basis. He means for us to adopt an ongoing attitude of prayer that is a way of life and a constant intercession for the salvation of all mankind.

A Must have app
I love this app!!! Found it when I was trying to find an app to help me pray during the Corona virus situation. Praying take away anxiety during the day and give me a peaceful sleep. Would recommend it to everyone!!!!

Divine office
I liked the audio mode especially while I’m doing my chores and traveling to work.
I pray anytime and anywhere with this app while I’m away for my holiday.

Using the divine office apps
A great way to use psalms to pray. Helped me to understand the different psalms for different moods. Also praying along with music and reading aloud is really reflective.

Much needed for Catholics
This app is a really good accompaniment to my own personal prayer life and spiritual journey with the Lord. The invitational and office of readings are a great start to each day. Also really wonderful for those days when I feel lazy to pray or find difficulty in trying to pray.
My sister was the one who downloaded this app for me as a gift and I had it for some years but only used it just very occasionally. But just about two months ago I began to pray along with this app almost everyday and it really helped me in so many ways. God is truly wonderful and we are all as one body of Christ and in our individual lives really so blessed by Jesus our Lord. If we truly open our hearts to the Holy Spirit we will be so amazed at all the blessings that God our Father is showering on us each and every day in good and bad times. Praise the Lord and thanks be to our God always forever and ever.
