Redirecting on clicking content is irritating
Recent update of the app redirects when just tapped on the text which is very irritating and forces to choose other apps. Even though you get more clicks (CTR) per impressions. The conversion of these clicks is very poor. I would prefer to have a previous version without this feature.

Issue with Certain News source
I observe certain biases in the type of news and opinions being pushed to the general public through your platform which i think is incorrect and immoral . It can be related to certain bias news sources that are paying you to promote their side of stories or some other reason . I have been using your app since long time but unfortunately now i feel i should uninstall it as showing biased news has a brain washing impact on readers.

if i follow a story to a webpage and return back to the app, the app resets it back to the first story. i run have to flip through all the read stories until i reach the point i was last at.

No Auto Dark Mode
While all the apps have moved and adopted system preference appearance but this is a long awaited feature from Inshorts.

Dev Team, why are the videos auto playing even when the toggle is off?…the videos suddenly start playing in the background even though I am not on the video post (usually when u r viewing one post right before a video post)!! This is annoying as hell & I’m thinking of deleting the app...FIX ASAP!

Brilliant News App but bloats after prolonged use
Excellent news app that helps you digest and share local and international news in bite sized chunks, my go to resource for daily news and what’s happening around the world. However the app became sluggish on performance as my bookmarked new article library grew over time. It would take forever to load articles and crash the app when clicked from Lock Screen notifications or otherwise. Breezy experience again once I deleted the app and related data, had to compromise losing bookmarked articles for a faster browsing experience.

Can’t open any news directly from notifications. It crashes again and again. Also take very long to update. Although I am kind of liking this app. Just need some improvement I guess

This app chooses wrong words to explain the news by portraying 1 ola-u-Uber religion good and another one bad (Indu) with their choices of words and hiding names of ola-hu-Uber in hate crime and so on.

It was a great app until they started annoying ads and paid news. I know you need to monetise, I’m happy to for for your service. Just don’t annoy me with ur ads.
