App keeps freezing
It’s been a few months since I’ve been able to use the app. Every time I log in and select from the menu, it freezes and I can’t do anything.
I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I’ve tried different iPads and different phones. All of them do the same thing.
Hence I’ve not been buying anything from H&M.
Can the developers please read these reviews and FIX the bug.

Poor quality and dishonors defective item; do not buy
A regular customer of H&M, until a pair of linen pants I bought online started fraying after being worn only once! And it had been only been hand washed. Contacted customer service and was refused a refund. I requested to speak with a manager and received no reply or response. Absolutely aghast and disappointed that a reputable retailer is unapologetic for poor quality and defective items, yet chooses to totally disregard and ignore a customer’s feedback! Do not buy.

Can’t avail of any member perks because app does not show a membership code. Tried uninstalling, re installing and nothing happened. Even did forget pw and it does not allow me. Used a different email and it says that 2 of my emails is already used. Am i member or not? Maybe not. Useless app

Unable to login
I think this issue has been more than 6months and I thought they would fix it. I have not been able to login to my account via mobile app. At first I thought I forgot my password so I tried to reset my password and it still didn’t work. I gave up purchasing cos I was unable to login at all. But desktop allows me to login. This is quite a major bug but it’s not fixed for so long. Kinda disappointed.

Useless App
