VEry good app but No video strolling anymore?
Please bring back the video strolling features. i just switch to iphone 15 pro max, previously using iphone xs and there is the video strolling effect, like when you touch and slide at any part of the screen, left or right to forward or rewind the videos, up and down to adjust brightness and volume. Or is it not optimise for iphone 15 pro max yet?
And also please if possible have an option for a 1tb storage subscription. Thankss..

Problems in creating an account
As I recently installed this application but when I try to create an account after filling all the forms and accepting all the terms and conditions It takes too much time to create an account . In short it cannot create an account for you. Worst application.

As i live in a country that doesn’t have stable online payment system , i would like to have an option to buy a centain amount of storage with one time pay off option. A little more expensiveness is not an issue for me but the regular monthly or yearly would be a disaster to me.

Super Annoying things about Mega
Even though I have many empty space in mega storage the Mega still showing insufficient transfer quota and couldn’t keep downloading.I don’t know it’s a bug or something it’s so annoying 👎🏻

If you click download with too many files at once, the app bugs out and will constantly crash, only will work again if u reinstall the app but all your downloads will be gone

BE CAREFUL WITH BUYING STORAGE
Found out the hard way that buying storage plans is like buying separate products. Picture this. If you want a little more space, you buy the Lite. Then u realise heck I need more, so you buy the next tier up. You’d think you’re only being charged for the upgrade right? NOPE. I was charged for TWO plans at the same time monthly for like a few months until I finally noticed and cancelled the lower tier one. If you’ve recently “upgraded” to a new storage plan, be warned. Double check your payments immediately. When you purchase the higher tier, make sure you terminate the older one immediately as well.

Can not remove downloaded files in the app
Access to the Mega cloud is fast.
But Once files are downloaded (if you choose to download file content to the iPad locally), the app does not have a way to remove the downloaded content to free up the storage space in the iPad.

Its been good for a year now until recently, when i log in my account in it. It will just hang and cant be logged out. Then u wont see the pics and videos in there.

Hi support, so i always used to enter MEGA app using Face ID, and one night I off my lights and when I clicked in this app, it automatically scanned my face and failed. And it says that I cannot use my Face ID for password again.. can you fix this?

Selected more 100+ pictures & videos to upload but only 58 managed to successfully be uploaded to my folder. When clicking on “transfer” to see progress, app automatically crashes. So I don’t know if the remaining files (which haven’t been uploaded) are lost or not...

Great app
Great app for uploading and sharing, however latest version has problems with the photos.app extension. Upload will stall halfway and folders will duplicate when I check the mega app.
Had to downgrade back to 3.7.1 for the extension to work properly compared to 3.7.2

After update, unable to link from Safari to Mega. It will keep switching to AppStore to download Mega even when Mega is already installed.

Camera upload is not optimal
The 50GB free space is really attractive and hence I decided to try out this cloud drive. Everything works fine on desktop but the iOS app needs more improvement.
The camera upload function does not automatically upload every photo. Only some photos are uploaded (no idea how those photos are chosen). This can cause a problem for me as I have no idea which photos have been uploaded and might delete those photos on my phone that were not backed up on cloud server. Please fix this feature.
Otherwise, great cloud server.

Wayyyyy better than silly OneDrive which despite me having 200Gb data limit is unusable due to its slow speed. Mega is way to go!

Been waiting for quite some time. This is a decent app to manage your Mega account files, but it would be better if we could upload more than just photos through the phone.
