Very lousy customer service
Refused to refund a GWB passed when it requires you to buy another pass just to collect it at specific location point when you can just buy it at any station for the same price! Refused to cancel citing “cancellation policy” when I bought it less than 2 hours.

Fairly user unfriendly for today's app experiences
Can't rely on tours/ activities matching search criteria and classifications. Hence requires you to read all detailed descriptions and fineprint in minisculous detail to understand what a tour actually entails and what not.
Moreover, forget about the customer service. Once something goes wrong just write off the tour / money.

Pratique avec super service
Très bon moyen de réserver les activités (pour nous batobus et tour eiffel 2ème étage). Chouette guide (Alexandre) et excellent service après-vente car je m’étais trompée dans les dates, via whatsapp Antoine a tout modifié pour moi en quelques clics. Je réutiliserai l’app!

Scam!
I book thru app, the payment error. So I triedfew attempts for my credit card payment but still error. No booking # received. The good news is they still charged my credit card 3 times. Chat thru their english whatsapp method no reply. Avoid using this! Book reliables other travel booking apps

E-ticket?
Nowadays online booking is essential for netizen. I always book air tickets and hotel rooms via Internet and my tickets sent to my email instantly after payment is expected. This is first time I have to wait for confirmation in 48 hours and I make booking of ticket on same day. If E-ticket cannot be delivered instantly for same day, it’s better to block transaction from booking page.

No indication on App about the availability of the shuttle services
Unable to cancel even though I received email that they are unable to honor the deal due to unavailability of the shuttle service by the agent in Japan. Wrote to GetYourGuide about cancellation but they said that their response time is taking longer then usual. Was told to call but yet I have to incur overseas call to enquiry about cancellation.
