everytime ure about to solve a level, the app glitches! and then u hv to restart the game which makes u lose yr progress! and then u take another 10000 tries to get past it. so so annoying

Scam and Fraud
Reported my technical fault to Developer and they not able to rectify after 2 weeks and promised to refund the credits that I have used. They made me lose my 539 stage by asking me to delete and redownload the app. They now disappear when they promised to pay me by 15 Dec and no longer responding to my email regarding my refund. I have reported them to Apple Support as well. Refrain from downloading this game. They really scam your money and are just bots talking.

Greedy for our money
Game is fun the idea is good but the developers are so greedy that only after 2 levels u cant proceed and you’re “dead” stuck. And if u wanna get the drill or another box open the coins needed is 290 which is not enough unless u buy their packages. I have played plenty of games that gives free coins in their games but if u need to open some special tools the coins needed are lesser and more realistic and after a year of playing I buy the full ad free game and also support them with buying some of their gems or coins. At least I get to play a while and really know I’ll want this long term and I can support the developers. This Screwdom just wants to screw customers over. So no need, I won’t buy any coins from them.

The Game is addicting, but when you reach a certain stage, it will make you spend money as the screw colour will come out the same, and it is not outpost; the screw colour is hidden. I think that is the point of the game. I have been repeating the same stage about 10 times, and after buying coins, I have passed the stage.

Not as user-friendly
There's no option to deselct power-ups if you accidentally tap them, unlike other similar games. A confirmation screen before using power-ups would also be nice; the lack of ability to do so feels short-sighted on developer's part.

It’s impossible to beat the hard level with out any tools and coins. That’s a bit disappointing as not everyone will want to pay money to buy the tools and coins. Dear developer- kindly make it such that the boxes that appear to drop the screw don’t force one to buy the coins to continue to play!

Annoying pop-up ads appearing throughout the game
I love this game to the core until recently when the pop-up ads keep appearing. Previously it was just a 5 to 10 seconds ad at the midst or end of the gMs however now..unsure if it’s a new update. The ad keep popping up while the game is ongoing, it would have been less annoying if I could easily slide the ad away.
For this new update, I unfortunately will be bidding farewell to this game.

Bad Intentional Game Mechanic
The game is purposely programmed so that if there are unreachable colours, it will pop up 100% of the time. This makes a level only solvable by using tools that you have to watch ads for.

Downloaded bc I was having fun playing it on playable ads. Once I reached lvl 5, suddenly it was impossible to pass. Thought it was me but kept trying it and everytime I was close to passing, it would stop at 87 screws/117. No matter the amount of times I played it would always stop at 87. It is good that it offers chances to continue via watching ads/earning points, which I have been religiously doing to save up points for use in harder games. Tell me why my saved points of 3000+ suddenly fell to 1000 in my next login for no rhyme or reason at all. That’s 20 ads watched gone for no reason. Uninstalling though I love the game and is already at lvl 612.
