Useless App

Useless App where l wrote in 8-10 entries under Contact Us, yet nobody reach out. Why did it ask for our contact details when no one bothers to reach out. Only hiding behind keyboard happily clicking on mouse to respond to receipt submission.

Terrible onboarding

Changing is fine but not notified on mode of point collection. Missed out on point collection for transactions. If app can do point collection for ntuc, it can do so for all merchants in a transitional period. This is probably a VivoCity problem rather than an app problem but here I am annoyed at the whole experience.
My feedback still stands, why change something that wasn’t broken? I have been with you guys for a while now but this was one of the worst migrations I ever experienced.
No notification on change.
Unclear log in process with new app. Very difficult to take control of account.
No notification to customers of main change (scanning of receipt at POS). Don’t hide this change as a benefit, it isn’t. Be transparent and tell you customers who have been doing it in other ways for years, not hope that they will read.
No apparent benefits arising from use of new app.
Do re-look your processes or consider studying how competitors like CapitaLand or Fraser have done their own app transitions seamlessly. Your team done very poorly on this front. This is the only realty that I had to write in too to deliver an earful of feedback

Just the recent updates to log in using mobile number does not seem to work. Resetting password using original email address as advised return with no member records. What’s happening. The apps seems getting bad to worst?

Sleek new app

No more scanning receipts with instant points redemption is a plus point for the loyalty program. App display is aesthetically pleasing with a clean look and has great functionality.

Zero response from mall rewards department.

Lousy mall rewards. No response to emails. Can’t update IU because change of car. Hopeless mall rewards. Don’t bother spending on high value items/services here.
Updated response. They still don’t respond to emails. Can’t update IU as their suggested method as the account already has two cars. Their solution is not a solution, but rather a stopgap measure. App functions are not thought through and emails goes unanswered.

VR points missing after scanning at Tangs

There are no points added immediately I don’t know what to do so decided to scan and submit even though it’s not shopping at NTUC How do we know if points are credited or not? The terminal was there at Tangs. and cashier asked me to scan for both transactions after payment completed.. which I did but I did not see any points credited when I got home and was trying to check my points. There was no update but the app had hanged… I had to logout So not sure what went wrong and what to do

Huge disappointment!

Same complaint as the rest here have mentioned! Unable to upload receipts! Since this was a new implementation, shouldn’t the cashier be trained to at least check with the shoppers if they have any rewards app to earn points? If NTUC cashiers are able to do that, I don’t understand why your mall cannot adopt the same approach!

Disappointment

Suppose to be an Update of the app, turn out to be another app downloaded in the mobile #rolleyes.
There was no comms with the new updates on the ‘scanning receipt’ taken away. Reached home to realise cant do that anymore. Wasted my whole day of purchase 😓🫠
Retailers also never advise customers to scan for points. Sigh~ so much for claiming to be a rewards app

Poor management on the change in VR point submission

Went to stores in Vivo city literally no cashier ask on the earning of VR points now at the stall instead of self-upload might as well don’t give rewards if the shopping mall is not willing to give these perks. Great disappointment. My spending of the days gone to drain.

Not just Ntuc FairPrice

Not just Ntuc Fairprice cannot automatic upload points but also purchases made at Hourglass. Emailed to Vivo rewatds for more that 5 days but still no response from them. 😡
The previous system was good although there was a limit on how much one can claim for the reward. This new system has been very restrictive on rewards claims. If this is issue is not resolve, most likely will not spend much money and time at this mall anymore.

After purchasing so many things at Vivo and realised that I can’t get scan the receipt . It create inconvenience when my family member shopping in different stores from me for payment . Scanning receipt is much much much logical, easier and convenient .!

Shouldn’t fix something that was working

The receipt scanning function worked so well. Easy on customers and easy on merchants. Now we have to ask the merchants to scan for us, increasing the queuing time for checking out, add the complexity for those going multiple shops cuz each one you will need to scan the code once. Always remember, shouldn’t fix something that was working.

Improved app for instant points reward!

I’ve been using this app for years, and they recently introduced an update that made it much more convenient and user-friendly. Now, after making a payment, I can scan my QR code on the machine in the store to instantly earn points. I can then immediately redeem vouchers or convert them to offset my parking fees. It’s super convenient now! Great job to the team for suggesting this improvement!

Decided to STOP visiting Vivocity

The Vivo Rewards new app is the worst experience so far I have experienced. I tried to log in with my existing account only to learn that my credential was “invalid”. I tried to create a new account without success since my email had already been “registered”. So I did (successfully) reset my password under “Reset Password”, only to encounter the exact same error message (my credential was invalid).
The credential of Vivocity and whatever IT developer for this app is in deed INVALID.
(I decided to do my shopping else where and had to fork out $4 parking fee in cash for Vivocity).
Will NOT return to Vivo for now.

Poor Change Management

Very Poor change management. App was replaced immediately with no transition period given and there was no notification that new app doesn’t allow members to upload receipt anymore. As a result, lost all my points on my overall spending today.

Terrible app!!

App updates are supposed to offer enhanced user experience but the new vivo rewards app is a NERFED version of the original. Utterly useless and difficult to use. Took forever to even log in cos they changed the way users are identified, only to be unable to upload receipts for points. Looks like I’ll be going to vivo a lot less now. Rather go places that actually make shopping easy and enjoyable.

Seamless Shopping Experience with Exciting Rewards

It was a great change!

Notice that the App is changed! Or should say Upgraded! It now allow me to scan for points redemption without the need to upload receipts but immediately at the store so I won’t have the usual issue of forgetting to upload anymore! Really enjoying the user journey now, plus the points is equals to cents/dollars that I can use it to offset my spendings immediately. 😁✌️

A huge downgrade of the app

A complete downgrade from a convenient self receipt taking app to a QR scanning app, cashiers from shops are not properly briefed on usage and reminder to ask customers to scan to earn points.
Made a purchase, issued a receipt and find out the app was badly downgraded and doesn’t allow taking photo to earn points. Approached shop for help, they don’t know how to do it once transaction is completed.
This is completely stupid and degrading. Time to change your CIO or whoever that approved the downgrade of your app.

Not intuitive app at all

Not sure why you must change the app if most of the app structure looks almost exactly the same. Most complain is that we cannot upload receipt but I can see it’s written there now that it’s using QR code to get points at point of sale but except NTUC…. If change process at least advertise it more.. whole Vivocity advertise new app but never say what changed.
