Lousy! Backward! Stingy!
This has to be the most backward retail app ever! You have to upload the receipts manually for every purchase yourself. Some more so many restrictions on the acceptable receipts, some which make no sense! Receipts must show payment type (why is it the customer’s responsibility to show that and not the merchant’s??); purchases from pop ups stores and atrium sales not accepted (why??!) and everything must be uploaded within 48hrs! Then after you accumulate the points, there are soooo little things you can exchange the points for! Super stingy! Don’t bother getting this app! Waste of time!

i download for the purpose to get discount at the new Arena Foodcourt and try to get points refer to friends but i didn’t get any points for signing up NOR any points refer to friend. I noticed that this happened to all iphone users.

Suntec, please wake up your ideas. The submission of receipts for points is so difficult. Maybe you can try to get the same developer as Capitaland, that might save you some trouble.

Stingy yet want to do promotion app
Gotten a google pay promo code to redeem for 2000 points in suntec+, successfully redeemed for first time, wifey gotten another promo code for me to redeem as well, tried second time but unsuccessful. Tried after 1 week, 1 month still the same.. if you tell me is to restrict fraud then i can understand, but after 1 month still cannot redeem?? The restriction is claim once for life??

Terrible app and poor customer service
Terrible app - doesnt let me sign up keeps showing error msg. In the end, I spent money but couldn’t redeem the gifts. Counter staff keeps insisting that if i don’t register i can’t redeem my gift but the app keeps having an error and doesn’t allow me to register? Even when i queued for 15 mins? Terrible

CapitaLand so fast to approve your app keep throwing error I resubmit the receipt 5 times and counting if it gets rejected again.

Rubbish app and non existent customer service
Under old app your points get credited instantly. Now Customer service don’t allow walk in and only via app which will take 1 working day to know if it’s approved. Want to give reward but make it troublesome. Really CMI

Useless App
Tried countless times to open the app but it wouldn’t load, simply hangs at the loading screen. Hence i can’t upload many receipts to earn points, also can’t use my promo codes for parking. Simply useless and i find it unacceptable. For the size of your shopping mall, the app’s usability is ridiculously abysmal. Please do something about it.

Stingy with rewards that we can redeem using points
I frequent Suntec City rather often and the points I have accumulated is not even enough to redeem for $2 Carpark Dollars (which requires 2,000 points but they issue very little points for the amount spent, making it challenging and does not make sense at all to spend so much just to redeem for carpark), very stingy indeed as compared to the malls under Lendlease Management! 👎🏻

Entire team behind app needs to be fired
This app is totally broken and doesn’t work. Tells you that your password expired and then doesn’t send you an OTP. Why does the password expire? Unless your security is so bad that the entire system is compromised. The entire team behind this app the developers and the managers that hired them should be fired.

Super lousy app don’t bother to download
The receipts scanning and taking in for rewards is lousy they cannot detect properly. Capital star one is better. The carpark also requires points for redemption. It’s unlike in the past. Basically I think the mall don’t have budget for the app to do it properly. They also don’t have budget to give shoppers parking already.

It’s good to check up the updates and news but members login is totally useless.
They link your ID with mobile but mobile cannot be used for password reset. I tried password reset for all my emails , all invalid.. yet cannot create new account due to mobile registered.
So, Uninstall it already.

Hopeless apps update
Suntec+ new apps after update requires user to enter new password as it expired all previous password automatically. However, if someone previous email address is no longer valid they can’t access their account anymore as OTP is sent to previous email address and all accumulated points are all wasted if you are not able to access your account again without OTP to reset password

Overall UX even after new version is far behind competition. Their parking redemptions is too small and you are not even redeem $1 with decent spending comparing to Capital malls. I tried to avoid Suntec these days. Better to accumulate the $ spend in other membership program.

OTP takes >10mins
Terrible. Regardless of any password, it shows “password is expired” and redirects to forget password. OTP takes more than 10mins to arrive, by the time is comes, OTP is expired.
Press resend OTP, it takes another 20mins to arrive…

Very bad upgrade
The new app does not work. I am unable to activate or deactivate the car IU and unable to use the carpark dollar. I have contacted suntec but they did not reply or choose to ignore me. I am platinum member and now i m stuck with the points but unable to use! Still unresolved. So essentially the app is a very big white elephant! Suntec is better off saving the money they paid to the tech vendor.

The new app is not working
The new app requires the password to be updated. And the OTP is sent to my email but I never get it despite trying over 2 days. Till now I am still unable to log in to me Suntec account. Is there a help desk number to contact to fix this issue?

Worst designed app
The new Suntec app is is a complete disaster. When you set up the app it takes you to the edit profile page. And it just gets frozen there. Why couldn’t they just migrate the users from old to new app? Tenants are getting harassed unnecessarily.. did anyone do any testing before putting it into production?

new app receipt submission wont indicate whether receipt successfully submitted or not after upload, when click on “transactions”, will take like 30s before anything appears , sometimes the receipt wont appear at all even “pending” ,so you wont know still whether successfully submitted or not, few days later status suddenly appeared approved/reject

New Suntec+ App
App is Totally useless.
Instruction after upgrading to the new App is to tab “Forgot PW”, get one time pin sent to email, key in 6digit pin to get Key in PW / Confirm PW , then tap “Continue”. Nothing happens after you tap “Continue”. So if no New PW means cannot access the new App. Why don’t Suntec test out first before rolling out to members.
I have to send my receipts by email to Suntec to get them recognised on Tue 6/2. Today 3/3 I bought stuff and again still cannot get pass the Password page. Please do something to your App.

I tried to update the app but after 2 days of trying no OTP was being sent and I’m gonna miss my deadline for receipt submission. It’s frustrating and customer service counter has a wait of more than an hour 😡

Can’t login with new apps
Using the previous registered email to login in the new app but it’s not working. When clicking the ‘forgot password’, it showed invalid email but using the email to sign up again, it showed the email had been registered. What’s the issue?
