This game is just unplayable and crashes every time 🙃🙃
I genuinely can't even play the game at all, it crashes every time I click on menu, map, or even convene. It was fine when it first came out (crashes every 10 mins) but right now I literally can't even do anything in this game. Needs a very good and compatible device in order to fully immerse yourself and enjoy the game, making it EXTREMELY limiting and difficult for casual gamers or gamers who couldn't afford an expensive device just to play this game. Other games like Honkai star rail and Genshin runs very smoothly on my iPad 9 gen but this game is completely unplayable on my iPad. I do NOT recommend this ******* game for people who are playing on mobile devices or low end devices, it's extremely frustrating. 🙃

Unplayable (due to softlocks)
By unplayable, I mean it literally (for me, this is based off my own experience)
When I last logged off wuwa, I was in the middle of a cutscene. When I attempted to log back in, I found myself constantly crashing in the middle of that same cutscene.
When I attempted to reconnect (upwards of 10x), it failed every time, softlocking me, making me unable to collect my logins, do any quests, and play in general. It also crashes consistently around the same time in the cutscene, which let me know that it wasnt a connection issue. Even before I got softlocked, I was experiencing crashes every 5 mins, which made playing the game annoying ;v; (Ive set all my graphics to low, and still experienced no changes)
This may be due to server issues, so in order for the game to be made playable, could this issue be fixed please? Thank you.
(Btw the server is the SEA one)

Perfect! But can be improved.
As of version 2.0, there is nothing bad that can be said. The game is much more stable and smooth compared to before, the gameplay is fun and rewards are much more generous than genshin. Story has improved vastly ever since 1.3, with shorekeeper's release. Characters are well fleshed out and are very likable, and the new region is beautiful with new free features such as flying freely to explore.
I only want to suggest a QOL for players who want it, such as being able to choose a specific language voice for each character, after you download all the voice packs. I think being able to hear the best of all the languages would encourage more players to appreciate the other cultures better and play around with what they like.

Do I really even need to say much😔 I have been playing this game since launch and sure there was a rocky start at first but the devs have been listening to its community and fixing everything. It keeps making my jaw drop whenever I visit a new area. I’m not even glazing. THE GRAPHICS are SOooO gOodDdd. It’s soo well made and attention to details are insane. The characters designs, their kits, animations, lore, EVERYTHING is soo goododdd. They gives out many awards and the many quality of life updates. Bless Kuro and its team. good character designs but very laggy
started off great story was fine character designs were really good but I noticed after a few more plays, the game started kicking me out and or turning into a black screen… don’t know if it’s the game or my device but I’ve tried with all my devices and they would still be laggy and kick me out of the game. Amazing ARPG Game
Played both Genshin and WuWa. I found WuWa to be much nicer to play! Probably because travelling is sooooo much faster and smoother and the rewards are pretty nice as well! In addition, the character designs are really out of this world!

it's fun and the characters are all pretty and all that but for me personally, the camera is a bit unstable and the movements of the characters feel clunky compared to hoyoverse's games (using hoyo as the standard as wuwa is quite similar to it) and that's a big factor for me in games such as these I think if that were to be fixed wuwa would interest me much more

Kuro is a great company
I’ll be frank. When I started playing on the release date of this game, it was definitely laggy and had many issues. Which almost made me uninstall the game due to annoyance. But, Kuro listened to Wuwa’s player , fixed them (the issues, not the players lol) and was even generous enough to compensate with many rewards. Definitely a plus there. From the game’s first release till today, the game was improved and was overall not laggy anymore. It could perform quite well. I would definitely recommend for new players to try out! And for players who quit due to lag to maybe give it another chance.

AMAZING GAME. I have played many gachas in the past, GI, HSR, PSG, U name it. This is the only dev team that actually CARES. I do think that HSR devs are amazing( not genshin tho) In listening to feedback, but kuro TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL. Waste of time
Game does not reward actual skill expression at all and skill-issued players act like it does.
Even if I completed all the hologram 6s at lower levels, others can just wait till their characters are lvl 90 and get it done easily. Tower of adversity is resorting to HP bloat instead of skill checks, and clearing is just repeating the same rotation many times till the enemy is dead. Why act like it’s a skill-based game when it’s just another genshin in the end.

lag,and the ridiculous grinding and power gap
lag spikes at every fight. You need to do extremely long winded quests that are literally across the map to get only 100 astrites and you need 1600 for a multi. like how does that make sense, you have to do a long quest to get not even 1/10th of the amount needed to get a multi. Your first quests are simple then all of a sudden at union lvl 11 your quest is 20 levels higher than the levels you were previously needed to be at. Ridiculous pacing for astrites and leveling up. Honkair star rail did an amazing job giving you appropriate jades for quests making it relatively okay to grind for them. Not to mention the 50-50s make it even worse, i have to grind so much for a guaranteed and if i lose the 50-50 i have to do it all over again.

Overrated but Really Laggy.
I was playing Wuthering waves and I was doing a quest when the game was so laggy, it said 999MS. I figured it was the wifi problem
But I was beside my brother and he was playing the game too, instead it said 12MS, plus, he was using the house wifi. And suddenly, the game lags and kicks me out of the game, I would have to go back into the game over and over, and there was one time I wished 10 wishes and the game just kicked me out, I couldn’t see what I had wished for :(

My PC can handle God of War with 60 fps, but the funny part is my PC when running this game it’s only 15fps
I tested on my phone and yeah, still lag then. This game was awesome with characters, story, graphic,… except the laggy trouble

to whoever kyun3692 is, thats just a you problem. i also live in singapore, and as a matter of fact i use my PHONE to play. the graphics are great, it may not be as good as genshin or honkai star rail but its still good. its a NEW game, of course theres going to be bugs and issues. but for your case, thats just a skill issue for you. i can play perfectly fine on my iphone, why cant you play on your newest IPad Air? stop complaining about things you should work on and let the developers work on things that ACTUALLY need fixing.

Best dev team ever
I rate it 5 stars as the game has one of if not the best dev team in all of the games i have played. Ranging from genshin to fortnite to brawl stars. I have played a lot fo games but WUWAs dev team has tmpressed me the most. To me, the compensation the dev team gives every time they fix a glitch is top notch. I may feel this way because i played genshin a lot before WUWA. Either way the dev team has been working a lot to imrpve this game due to the hate. For me, I personally did not experience the lag most people are talking about. I wish that the dev team will take a break and ignore the hate. Most part of the community is also from gacha games so thats the reason for the hate (from what i think). The dev team has been working hard to make this game enjoyable for all of us (fixing bugs at 2am, working overtime) so i hope we can be a better community and be grateful for the developers and kuro games!

Wuthering waves is surely a higher spec game and can cause overheat if you are playing via phone. But their team treats the players well, when it comes to bugs or compensating players, they do it well and for that, they are making this game different.

Amazing game with very kind devs
This game is really good and far exceeded what I was expecting. Stop comparing it to Genshin. I played Genshin from the beginning and it had so many issues at the start as well. Wuwa has given so much back, taken advice and honestly the game itself is really good.
First of all for a gacha game it is EXTREMELY f2p friendly. Even taking away the compensation rewards, for example, the weapon banner allows you to choose and it’s guaranteed in 80 pulls.
Th combat mechanics is really fun and exploration is so good I don’t even want to fast travel that much. Story wise, the first 2 acts were weak but it really picked up. I really like the character designs and the finally the MC is not a useless champion in rotation.
Both my boyfriend and I play, him on PC and I’m on mobile. We’ve only crashed once. I would say the very first day of launch it was laggy but subsequently each day got better and better. It flows really smoothly now after a fortnight of playing.

Great but something about this game make me annoyed
Well…i love this game, really, it’s beautiful and I like the gameplay of it. But…It’s lag, really, extremly lag, and the app always suddenly turn off(?) while I’m playing when I’m using ipad with A13 chip (which they recommended that is enough to play this game). I had send the feedback in game about this, but I haven’t have any solution to solve this problem yet

I don't know how players in your country evaluate the game, but for me personally, this is a game with quite special gameplay and graphics. Along with the plot, I must also praise it because it is quite reasonable compared to the conditions required to play the game, especially the gacha mode here, compared to some friends, honestly, WW is a game worthy to experience.

Wonderful game, love it however
Crashing and lagging is a huge problem for me. I use iPhone X, my graphics and everything are set to the lowest but my current set load is already overloaded. Game also crashes every 5 or less minutes.

Off to a great start, but not the best
I think that the game itself is actually really good, with it being way better than Genshin in many aspects like how exploration is more convenient and more free compared to Genshin where it’s more realistic and certain exploration features are locked behind limited characters, and the gameplay just being peak. However, I think that the game didn’t start off really well, I’ve already quit the game despite it starting at an okay level mainly because its gameplay wasn’t very good at keeping me in and also that the story was a bit poor in execution, and it’s really just not very unique to Genshin’s execution, so I hope things do get better for this game. This game has potential!

super laggy
game is laggy, less than before when it first launched. still has problems with crashing randomly. startup loading time takes too long (around 1 minute) just to get into the game. UI layout is too cramped, when doing heavy attacks the device selector is triggered instead or when dashing/jumping/grappling sometimes the button doesn’t trigger. cruisewing challenge speed is bad due to lag.

A really good game
This game is really good and they listen to us and overwork themselves overall they give a lot of free stuff and the gameplay and characters are great and pretty and nice the wishing system is also good overall this game is really enjoyable and even if there is lag at least they work on it and ofc there is lag it’s 1.0 and a new game. Leveling up is also pretty easy and the quests are interesting but the characters yap a lot so yeah.

Crash and Bugs (Fixed)

Can be better
Would give it a 3.5 stars rate, I like the mechanics but it still lags a lot to the point where the game kicks me out of the game. Design wise I like it, the environment and characters are nice. Had to switch to playing on my iPad as the PC was not connecting and made sounds that it is not suppose to… Tried re-downloading it still didn’t work. When I play genshin and honkai on the pc it is like fine. But when playing this it is literally a battle for me to even load up the game. I am using a gaming PC btw… and I only opened that game, I have no web pages opened….

Reminded me of why I quit Genshin Impact
I really wanted to like it, but I cannot deal with the bloated dialogue, it’s too exhausting for me personally. Huge fan of the art style and direction though, but probably won’t be investing anymore time into it.

Game laggy and crash
At first, the game was very good, only the ping was high, but after improving it, I found it very good, but from yesterday until now, the game is very laggy and made me crash the game many times, which made me uncomfortable. Even though the game is very good, it crashes and works well. It's very difficult to grind and have a good experience with the game, the problem is not my phone. I hope the publisher can improve, thank you.

Great Action-oriented Gacha game in a long while
I have been looking for an action oriented game for a long while now.
Been playing solo leveling arise which is in a similar genre but that played more like a traditional mobile game (eg. combat power, 3 star quest) with some action combat involved. (Still fun though if anyone wants to give it a try)
For this game,
1) the combat is way more complex and satisfying as heck as you can dodge and parry incoming attacks.
2) The world is huge for a 1.0 gacha game and it will take sometime for you to run around and explore finish.
3) The story department is a little lacking, but then again gacha game isn’t really known for good storytelling.
4) Resources not super time gated as you can farm the equips (echo) at ur own pacing. Though i can foresee players being stressed out and fomo if not farming everyday even though you can get them from using energy from the tassert field anyway.
5) Can’t comment much on the performance since it ran smoothly on my ip15, but I transition to playing on pc as well and it also ran smoothly.
If you like open world games and action oriented, worth to give the game a try!

Intense Combat
As compared to Genshin, the combat is more intense where I have more variables added such as parrying and using echo skill and gadget like the hook to perform certain combo. As a whale, I am also happy that the weapon banner is always guaranteed and not a 50-50. Storywise I must say is not that great except at the last Act in 1.0 where it is really engaging and intense. Therefore I would recommend this game for the more combat favored player.

I can't play the game
Idk if it's my device's fault or this game's fault but i have been stuck at the loading screen after fully downloading everything. I have tried deleting and redownloading for several times but it's still the same. I hope they will fix this soon or at least i can get a better device 🤡

Overall it’s fine but there is room for improvement
First this game should be able to adapt with controller? Such as xbox or playstation.
Some of the tutorial was not clear on the steps of work, but if you are a season gamer it shouldn’t have any issue.

Laggy on mobile
Avid player of Genshin and I’m also excited for WuWa. However it is so laggy on mobile that it makes combat experience very lacking. They got to fix this moving forward or they won’t be able to sustain players’ attention and feels. Overall gameplay is similar to Genshin but I still enjoy the experience and open world exploration. Looking forward to deeper storylines and more things to do.

Like the model of the npc and stuff got bugged alot also while exploring the map i got movement bugged like while climbing and doing the flip onto something animation i sometime just got stuck and lastly the sound just went out for some reason after i join a call in discord then left overall i like the gameplay and stories but the bug gave me a bad experience

This game need repair and upgrade
First of all this game is awsome in model character design, story line is good, new fighting style, new Article call Echo, that a new breeze give player a look about this type game
But this game have problem:
First this game is super lagging in some device althought that device is like pc has graphic card expensive, or high price and performance phone. Every move character is make device crashing for example: “i play game GI is smooth and normal but when turn off and play WW is lagging move crashing ping turn red. Although my pc plug in ethernet and my pc has graphic card MSI GTX1650Ti can play every game like Mortal Kombat 11, PUBG, Genshin Impact even Valorant.
Second i like model character is good pretty but a few character clothes like a 2d not like other is kind too bad. Although this game is the high graphic not as I expected
So please this game is good but need have big change or update to take care on experience

Not bad but not the “genshin killer”
Can definitely be better storywise.
Current storytelling is weak and messy narratively with how events are presented(a lot of dialogue but unclear message)
But otherwise the game itself is pretty nice! The movement of characters is dynamic and fluid plus the environment is decent too( it’s abit bright for the tone) and the gacha system is average like all other gacha games. The devs are responsive to feedback which I think is good too so if they are reading the reviews here then yea. I see potential in this game for sure and am looking forward to it!
Side note: the hate this game is getting is abit much, I think it is alright in all honesty even with the issues it has to fix and the devs should fix them. A lot of the hate is rather mean spirited and not even constructive so I hope the devs don’t get too discouraged! Also the “Genshin killer”nonsense is stupid, both games can be good without wrecking each other.

Interesting storyline and combat but boring in my opinion. Many things to farm and explore now but takes long to level up and earn 1600 just to pull and get nothing. References are really too similar to many other games.
