Slow response, low fps at 60 and too many animation for no good reason
This game make you want to throw all IPhone away especially with the 60fps response. Too many useless animations that you cannot opt away. And the different slow pings from different weapons is so obvious. That why so many people only choose those few popular class weapons as it not fair to those that have their own preference. For example, Gunlance will always be more powerful than sword & shield. S&W after landing skyward striker will be slow recovery on feet’s and despite how you swipe left or right, you just can’t doge that attack from monsters. Even when using special skill, you’re still stuck !!

Add more free ways to make potions and let us sell monster drops
This game is fun but the play time is limited because of the lack of basic items like health potions. You need to pay for normal potions and the daily 5 first-aid potions are not enough for a free-to-play player who play this game often and those of higher ranking. So I ask for a free way to get more potions. If I have to find a lot of herbs to make a potion, I will do it to extend my ability to play this game.
For in game currency zenny is hard to grind and I have a lot of low grade monster drops and it is taking up tons of space so if possible please let us sell the unused drop for zenny. Make zenny make is more useful like add an item shop so zenny has more value and helps counter my complaint about the lack of potions.

Too grindy
The heart of this game is grinding. Grind big monsters, small, resources, … grind all day long. Fight the same monster thousands of times to upgrade single equipment piece. Now you need full armour set of 5 pieces and a weapon. And you need several sets of these.

This is overall a good game
I like everything about this game. But, there are a few setbacks. Firstly, whenever i am about to hunt in a group or hunt solo it randomly glitches and takes me out of the fame. Secondly, the app should be able to tell the age of the player because the game doesn’t allow me to play when when i am moving at a high speed, and i amn’t even old enough to get a car, so i miss opportunities to hunt good monsters and elder dragons. Sometimes, when i amn’t moving this restriction pops up because my character is moving. Lastly, the restrictions to hunt an elder dragon is unusual to me, because having to be at a specific hunter rank to hunt a six star, seven star and eight star elder dragon makes it less fun for players who aren’t at hr 50, 100 and 150. Other than this i find the game super good. It is like i cant stop playing. So yeah these are my comments.

Xsolla seems to be screwing up billings
Dear Niantic, 2 of my friends got banned from web store because of Xsolla. The problem is they did not refute any billing’s thru their credit cards and Xsolla claimed otherwise. Can you guys investigate into Xsolla’s accounts to make sure they are not banning the wrong accounts? They seem to believe that they decision cannot be contested and refused to believe that it is an account error on their end. Xsolla is making you lose revenue, since my friends have been whaling all these time.

Improving all the time
Great game. Seems like developer has been taking in feedback and acting on it.
Drop rates has increased, more event to earn items without the RNG focus, huntathons allows players from remote regions with less players to come together to hunt. Including features for players to clear quest without close proximity. Added season quest as well.
Hope they can include passes to allow friend players to hunt marked monsters together from far distance as well.
So far only spent on expanding the inventory capacity. Almost free to play.

Practice Mode
Hoping to have a practice mode for trying out new weapons that does not consume any potions. It takes lot of practice to master new weapons and decide which weapon suit the player’s playing style. Especially with the low spawn rate of large monsters.

Please relook into your drop rates for wgs, a grade 6 material required for to upgrade your equipments to grade 8 and onwards. For those stuck at grade 7 good luck, hope your patience and love is for the game is enough to make you not delete this game. The spawn rate for 8 stars monster is low furthermore it’s hard to hunt without using up your free daily pots. It’s so obvious niantic purposely does that to make you spend more money on it. Such a shame

Game is amazing but…
I think the Dev should continue rewarding player after they pass HR 50, before HR 50, per 10 HR there is rewards but after HR 50 nope, just purely levelling, this game will be making loyal player quit.
For the event period is abit short, only give a week time to hunt and collect items to upgrade weapon and gears, the monster spawn rate is bad but the drop rate was still reasonable.
Few pointer to improve,
- reward loyal player that continue leveling their HR.
- longer event time and more spawn rate.

Laggy since some updates ago
The game was perfect, get familiar with the monster move set and youre good to go.
Since a few patches back, the game started to feel extremely unoptimised, the freezes when the game is opened, the small lags in hunts, etc. basically small lags whenever you try to do something. This is fine until hunts where the monsters can down you with 1-2 hits and you fail an evade and downs just because the game read your input as a tap instead of a dodge. This problem becomes suspicious when using money to fill your health is one of the core mechanics of the game since you cant hunt below 30%.
When monster hunter was announced on mobile, Monster Hunter fans were afraid of this very thing - scummy monetisation models. Yes, games need to make money and those who play well wouldnt be spending much but I really hope this isnt a way to force more money out of players.

Abysmal performance in location tracking
I wS not even moving with my 5G network on and the game KEPT SAYING I WAS MOVING TOO FAST and LOCKED ME OUT of gameplay which caused me to miss a hunt. I am not spending a single dime on this game until they improve location tracking. Such a disgusting experience.

Too much in-app purchases!
I must say bad game experience for poor people. The game producer wants players to top in all their money to buy all that stuff to continue hunting, otherwise, u cannot play no more once defeated. Especially when hunting high rank monsters, u will be easily defeated and you must wait for another 15 min to go back to the field after you lose. This is such anti-humanism game design,one must stand on the street, suffering from hot sun or cold winter for total15 min. Let along the new huntathon.

Why is weapon balance necessary?
The whole point of this game is to play with your friends/others. Monster Hunter is a co-op game and I do not understand why a nerf on ranged weapons was implemented.
Niantic implementing a nerf on ranged weapons (especially light bowgun) was uncalled for and theres absolutely no reason for it other than to make players spend money so that they can switch to other weapons that are now better or to upgrade their light bowgun so that they can simply outpower monsters through raw stats.
I played this game since its launch and the nerfs discouraged me from playing the game any further. It is obvious from the changes that this game is merely a cash grab and i am very disappointed in the changes.

Great game, but very pay to win
As a monster hunter fan, I’ve come to like this gane quite a bit, especially with the pokemon go-esque mechanics. However, something we would all love to see is for this game to be more free to play/F2P player friendly, especially with the healing items.
Something I would love to see is that potions can be craftable, to give players access to healing items when they need, like in the mainstream monster hunter games.
The recent release of Hunt-a-thons is pretty good, though the cooldowns could definitely be reduced.
Overall, pretty fun game, but definitely needs more improvements

Rarity item fighting higher star monster.
It doesn’t make sense to fight at 5 star monster and above and we still receive 1star rarity item.
Recently I fought a 8star( 3purple star) with 3 broken parts and I receive all 1 star rarity items.
Suggestion- make it a point when u fight monster above 5 star u will receive at least 3items rarity above 1 star.
Please look into this matter to make this more enjoyable.

Love the game but one major issue is the storage. With additional monsters being added, it is extremely unfortunate that they do not scale the storage limit accordingly. Feel cheated
Adjustment for game balance sound so good, but sound more like cheater, cheat player $ as everyone spending time & money to build weapon & armor. Everyone build the weapon due to initial design, after done, then u nerd it n forcing us to rebuild other new weapon which is unacceptable.
unfair to all the players by nerd the weapons. We spending time & $ to build & fight. due to some of the reason (excuse), you just nerd it. All is time & money from us. if you wan to nerd the weapon, you should allow us to un-forge the weapon by returning it to base level & return all the zenny & materials, let player to reconsider and rebuild the weapon.. Recently update has change this game from 1st person game to a 3rd person game. Due to the game is zoom out, monster is smaller, you don’t feel that exciting any more. Hopefully your team can look into it.

Interesting game but marred by imperfections
Found this game to be fun to play, but the experience could be better. Really hate the movement speed detection thing. This game can't be played during vehicle commute. And why should I get penalised for GPS drift? It's not my fault when signal is sketchy. Please improve on this part of the game.

Nothing interesting
Just repeat the same quest over and over again everyday. Nothing interesting from events too, only changing the color of the monster. No new or special rewards. After update the game gets laggy. Overall is a boring game without any interesting ideas to keep gamers coming back for more. Always looking forward to play MH in mobile but this game is such a disappointment.

Great game BUT
Dear developers. Is just annoying why I keep on getting game restriction because Im moving to fast. At times I'm totally stationary but still get the game restriction. Thats how gps works, it moves and does not stay in place all the time. Its not perfect. At times Im in a vehicle (passenger) and not able to play the game because of the restrictions. Hope the game gets updated to not be too strict and always restricting gameplay, otherwise whats the point of installing the game but getting constantly annoyed with all this restrictions.

Speed restriction’s threshold too low
Can’t fight monster or grab stuff while on the bus. Speed threshold is set too low and sometimes when I jog, it says gameplay restricted as if I’m The Flash…
Understand the need for safety but let’s be realistic. If you are expecting your players to walk all over the country for your game, your game is doomed to fail.

Game is fun but Palico paintball doesn’t work.
For the first time ever I have seen a game that encourage player not to play often. You are discouraging us to play the game by “ Not actively using the app”. Turn off the app and want us to walk just because of allowing Palico to use the paintball? It’s ridiculous.
I have almost full 5 Palico paintball everyday not been utilise since the last update on 13/10 which I have signed up for the monthly pass. I want refund for that.

Boring and not worth the time
Graphics and effects are pretty bad. Game experience is even worst. When you are in a vehicle, due to some safety precautions, it will prevent players to tap on anything and will prompt to confirm are you the driver. Even you tap no Not a Driver, you will still not able to tap. When you are in tunnel or underground while travelling and internet is fine but the game mostly won’t move and nothing will spawn.

Good game if you LOVE walking
The game is unplayable if you're commuting by bus or train. Gameplay is restricted (nothing spawns or appears) when GPS detects you're moving too fast. What's the point of forcing me to click on the "I am not driving" and still restricting my gameplay. When it comes to healing, the game only gives out free 5 med kits per day. If you need more, you'll have to spend real money to get potions from the shop. In POGO, you get free potions and revives from spinning at stops, but you can't even craft items in MHN. Crafting is a huge component in the MH game and Niantic don't let you do that. Big disappointment.

Fix the driving problem
I love how the game is so far. Great gameplay and great graphics. The weapons I love the most in the original games is all here. However I do wish that you guys implement another system when it comes to driving and playing. I know you guys can't tell that I'm in a moving car and I'm just the passenger but can you just make the speed limit higher? Sometimes when I'm just stationary and my gps acts up and my character starts moving slightly too fast then I get exited out of my current fight. I don't think that restricting literally everything is a good idea either because that just means that the game is COMPLETELY unplayable. Overall again, great game so far but PLEASE just do something to the speed limit

Fun but the drops rates make it atrocious to play.
The concept is fun and the game is fun as well, but as you can further into the game the drop rates gets atrocious and it's hard to even progress the storyline. When you break monster parts you don't even get the relevant drop like older games. The inability to craft potions also makes it a pain.

Overall, the game is addictive even though the grind can be exhausting, especially when you unlocked the higher tier too soon and your equipment could not sustain the fight.
Just a small suggestion, it would be nice if we are able to add friend during join hunt too.

Fun game but hoping for improvement
Few days of gameplay, explored many places, the mechanics like combat, crafting, skills, are close to mhwi. The idea of combining mh with Pokémon go is really interesting and fun experience.
But I was hoping that I could hunt monster with my friends without being to be at the same place (or close enough). I think this really kill the vibe to enjoy the game more. The purpose of internet and online gaming is to bring friends together when they are all in different places, but this mhn party system bring you back to the LAN party time (good old time), it’s good for a small group of ppl who can always hangout everyday in same place/area, but as a working adult with family it’s impossible to enjoy this system and kill the fun of the game.
I would really hope the developer to remove this restrictive party system

Recovery too slow
It's starting to get very annoying when you can't hunt bosses because need minimum 30% hp. At least make the recovery every 5 secs 1 hp

RNG
Please revamp the RNG rates for material drops. The current system makes it difficult for any game progression past like 5 star monsters as it requires too much farming due to the abysmal drop rates . hunting 5 star monsters can reward u with materials that are all grade 1 and hunting grade 3 monsters can give u better mats so this inconsistency doesn’t make sense. I hope Niantic really looks into this cause this current system is killing off players

Monster hunter fans! Feedback on improving
Great game , haven’t had an addictive mobile game for the longest of time . Really enjoyed all monster hunter games since psp era .
but please consider
- allowing paintball monster to be played with your friends from different locations .
- during multiplayer , please allow us to see what weapon element players are using . Will be very informative to know everybody is using optimal gear for high level raids
- whilst in a party , please allow us to see each party member location
And of course to more great contents in future! 👍

Great but needs improvement
Great game, it’s fun and I’ve always loved MH. But seems like there’s a glitch, my paintball on the monster marked isn’t expired but it’s telling that it is when I tried to resume my hunt. It says network error although my connection is fine. Please fix this!

Great game BUT!
The game so far after 2 days of playtime has been awesome. Great graphics, good implementation of weapons, easy to understand mechanics. However when taking public transport or being in a vehicle, we are unable to see any monster or collect any resources. At first, I thought that the paintball function was specifically designed for that purpose, to throw a paintball at a monster you saw while travelling so that you can fight it when you have reached your destination. However as of right now, I do not see a big reason to use my paintballs. Another issue is that the location of the ‘weapons guide’ is not easily accessible and should have been factored in while unlocking more weapons. I wasn’t able to find the weapon guide until a few days but was able to get by by messing around with the weapons with prior knowledge from other Monster Hunter games.
In summary, Monster Hunter lovers will definitely love this game!

Amazing!
As an avid monster Hunter fan, playing it all the way from ps1 until the switch, this adaption of it is both interesting and fun! Looking forward to more weapons being in the game such as my favourite the insect glaive and gunlance!

Game restricted
The mechanics are crazy and I’m hooked with the game! But please still allow us to hunt when we’re in the train! No point in pressing “I’m not a driver” but the maps empty and I can’t “tap tap tap” on my mines huhu Amazing game thoughhhh

Game is really fun! Howeverrrr
This game got me hooked since I downloaded it! Combat and crafting is so fun! Only issue with this game is I can’t play this while im out on the train/bus because the game restrict gameplay while travelling at high speeds even though I have indicated im not a driver, which makes the experience of hunting while commuting non existent, please could you guys fix this?
