I was trying to withdraw my money when Yishun Park was under maintenance. Now the maintenance is done, my money is still under process for withdrawal. So the money just stuck there “on hold” for months.

The app is TERRIBLE!
Such a big establishment but your app for payment is disappointing. I topped up my credits and it didn’t appear on my app. I guess, it is one of those days that the app is down. Some days, it is glitchy. Piece of advice: please invest in a better vendor for your app. At least, we won’t be turned off and walked off even before getting our food.

If I could give minus 0 stars, I would. Firstly, this company eats $2 if you want to withdraw you money. That is fine with me but let me tell you this: you probably won’t ever see your money back because I wanted to withdraw my $15 but it’s almost a month since I requested for withdrawal and it’s still not withdrawn. DONT EVER DOWNLOAD THIS STUPID APP because this company is clearly just to do a quick cash grab from everyone. That $15 is my donation to timbre

Super unfriendly and lousy app. Cannot reset user id. Fail to log in after many tries. Not customer friendly, commercial and profiting focus company!!! Disappointing. Do not deposit more money inside, high risk.

Loss of fund
I have my top up fund turns zero yesterday… while I was queuing up to buy a kopi at One Punggol my timbre app had logged me out suddenly, so I used grabpay instead. After two hrs later I tried to logged in but found my top up fund inside timbre all gone and the transactions history has all been wipe out instead. Feeling very concern I went to the management office to find out why and showed them my top up bank statement proof, they asked me to email timbre & I had done so. Timbre helped me to resolve this matter in two days time and I m glad I had my fund back n able to use it again. Thanks Timbre team for ur effort 👍🙏👏

Keeps saying my password dont work, and when I reset already, it says my new password is wrong?? And then when I finally logged in, there is this red error message that keeps coming out and my profile is forever loading. Restarted the app a few times still the same problem. I still have money inside the wallet I believe.

Top Up Failure
User generated QR code to top up using Paylah! Money deducted but top up didn't appear in the timbre app. You guys need to fix this problem really.

Top-up and Withdrawal issues
App sometimes is glitchy and lags. Quite annoying that you can only top-up in certain amounts (no custom amounts), and the $5 top-up option has been removed. Lowest top-up option is now $10.
As for withdrawal, there is a fee of $2 per transaction. Meaning, if you have $3 in the wallet, you will only receive $1. Charging to withdraw from the wallet is unreasonable - but if it must remain, it should be $1 maximum.
So now I have $1.20 stuck in the wallet, not enough to withdraw, not enough to buy anything. An iced teh (teh peng) is about $1.60. No point using the app.

Forced to upgrade on the day of release as shops stopped accepting the old app. No update option, forced to download a new app. Login not working and password recovery option give me a system error. Now my balance is locked in the old app and can’t be used.

This being a payment app, still living in dinosaur era with manual sign in with form fields. And best part is the app always timeout and u have to always manually type in the username/password fields again!
Worth it for that 10% discount in hawkers managed by Timbre Group? Get rid of this nonsense when PAYNOW is available everywhere!
