Needs more refinement
The app works fine. However after so many years, it is long due for a UI refresh!! It will also be great if there is a function for users to submit new entry for carpark rates, either for updates or for new carparks. There is so much potential and it starts by refreshing its UI.

Problem accessing Traffic Camera, advertisement is covering the traffic camera icon. Keep going to the game website of the advertisement

For motorbike
App should add prices for motorbikes as well. There are also some buildings that do not allow motorbikes to park. Could include that as well. Good app for other cars.

App crash
It’s a very useful and helpful app. Will be nice if it can integrate a photo snap function. Allows user to submit feedback on updated carpark rates by snapping a picture of the parking rates at the carpark entrance.
By the way, the app crashes recently. It won’t open up....

Car Park Heights Info
Sure the rates are updated but it would be good to include more info of the carparks by adding Carpark Height Restrictions. This will be useful for people with higher vehicles, like MPVs.

The parking rates for HDB has been revised since 1st December 2016 to $0.60/30mins, rates in this app is still $0.50. Means this app has not been updated for more than a year?

Very good app to check carpark charges.
However just a suggestion to allow user to enter time in and time out (duration) to calculate the approximate parking charges for all vicinity carpark . In this case, user can know which car park to park at the cheapest cost.

Fine after iOS update
App worked fine after update. Easy to use as you can search by car park listing or nearby car park. There's also "Lot Availability" but I haven't used that one yet. Handy to use for comparison of car park rates on weekdays and weekends, peak and off-peak.

Very limited car parks found. Only car parks available were for malls, hospitals and office buildings. No HDB car parks were available. Should consider having HDB and open car parks in app.

It's a good app. I'm now able to find out more about car parks surrounding the area that I'm going. However, I have difficulty opening the app to search for car park. I'm suspecting that it could be because of technical glitch. Perhaps the developer may like to look into it and rectify the problem.

There seems to be a significant bug - just downloaded it on my iPhone 6+ running the latest iOS. And as soon as I go on search by name or click search icon it crashes - without fail.

Feedback for Carpark Ratea
I downloaded the apps, it was useful info but the software needs some improvements as follows:
1. The display did not fit into the ipad exactly. The left hand side of the screen was partly hidden.
2. Whenever I need to type to search for the carpark, the keyboard did not follow the portrait orientation of the screen. The keyboard just went to a landscape orientation and I have to turn the ipad to key in, and then turn again to see the results. This is rather frustrating.
3. Even as I typed this review, the keyboard was blocking the review screen. Is actually typed not able to see the words.
Hope you can fix the above bugs.

Excellent app!
Tried many parking app. Deleted all of them, just keep this. can find almost all the shopping centres i want to go to.
there's a nearby function that allows me to find the cheapest place to park where i want to go.
This app is useful for everyday use. A must have!
