horrible experience with zara in general
i received a defect product, and i went to a zara store to return it as stated online, but turns out they needed it to be reported first. By then the chat was no longer operating and I had to go down another time. major inconvenience. when I contacted customer service to report the faulty goods, the person chose to ignore some questions I had about drop off option.
please, add the condition to report the defect online CLEARLY in your websites as well as add the 24 hrs limit CLEARLY on your websites to avoid future inconvenience. Thank you.

Fantastic service at Zara Vivocity
Although it was late afternoon and the service staff must’ve been tired but their service was touching:
- One of them personally helped hunt down an XL dress size in the store
- the other was a busy cashier but she took the time to order a new dress and said I needed to wait 15-30 minutes for it to arrive from the Harbourfront store
- the new dress arrived in about 20 minutes
A totally pleasing shopping experience- keep up the great work ZARA - WE LOVE YOU!!!

Glitches
The app keeps glitching. I very very often get this error message when I try to open a particular item “There is something wrong. Please try again later”. Honestly, it is very annoying. Secondly, sometimes the items are available when you see them but when you add them to cart it gives an error message, item out of stock please update cart.
I hope these glitches are solved. I have been facing them since one year.

Beware , returns policy differ
Beware, the returns policy differ on different categories of items but it’s not clearly stipulated unless you read through the T&Cs. Items such as swim wear will NOT be accepted for returns in store. Don’t know they don’t just update the app to include this as a reminder when you check out with those items.

Design your app for real bodies
I get that you want to make it look like a fashion mag but honestly, it’s hard to imagine myself wearing the clothes when they are shot on skinny models with no curves and posing in weird teapot shapes!!! Shopping on app is very different from browsing a magazine. And use models with some curves please!

i’ve bought many pieces from Zara not once i ever complain,
today morning i was told by the online assistant that i can exchange my item directly at the stores instead doing it online,

Buy at your own risk. Customer care department is probably a bunch of robots, they gave me two invalid labels for returning, and I have been told by Adia, Ana, Dave and this other lady on customer chat service that the issue has been escalated, and that they will send a delivery man down to my place/ SingPost will contact me today. Biggest joke is it’s been more than a month and no one has contacted me. My parcel is still with me.

Perhaps the reason why the app is so “unfriendly” is to get us to visit their stores instead.
Sizing guide is too general.. eg.not all skirt sizes are measured at the hip. Some skirts are worn higher? Sizing guide measurement seems dubious I dare not make a purchase online. Uniqlo/ ASOS/ pomelo & any local online shops beats Zara hands
down. Also found it difficult to navigate to get more details on an item.

Unable to use app on iPhone 6
Can you please update your app to set the minimum requirement to iOS 12? I am using iPhone 6 and it does not support iOS 13 or later so I cannot upgrade to iOS 13. And as a result I am not able to use the Zara app now because you now require at least iOS 13 to in order to use the app.

Hate the interface of the Zara website and app. The clothes aren’t showcased properly but instead are taken artistically (eg how are you to see the shorts underwater?) and I can’t scroll through the images properly. Hope this changes! Not a very easy experience navigating...

Terrible! Double booking and charging when it shouldn’t
The app is terrible. I first placed my order to shortly received a cancellation note! And I thought my payment would be cancelled! Thinking it was i reorder again & ended up as double booking and charges of the same items! Called the bank and Zara multiple times and they didn’t know and couldn’t do anything despite furnishing evidence.’it’s so dumb! Why would I need same clothes of same color and design in double! THis is ridiculous

Needs wish list & better search function
This would get 5 stars if there was a wish list feature.
There also needs to be a search feature where you can put in your size and it will show all the clothes available in that size. It should also show whether those, in your size, are in or out of stock.
At the moment, it is tedious to have to scroll through the entire line and click on the “add” button to see what sizes are available and if they are in stock.

A very happy customer
I’ve always loved Zara clothes but I couldn’t shop as regular as I would love to as Zara stores are only located in town area which is inconvenient for me. This is my fifth time purchasing via Zara online app. The delivery has been fast and prompt. The clothes delivered are all in good condition. Returns are really easy if it doesn’t fit. All I need to do is to drop them in the stores when I have the time. I’m especially glad to know that returns are allowed even for sales items.
