Unable to open pdf tickets after iPhone migration
Eventbrite is unable to open pdf tickets after migration from iPhone 7 plus to 12. Uninstalled and reinstalled done 3 times, did not help. Logging a case in “contact us” section was also confusing. Despite already logged on, it always circled back to the help search. Please help.

Couldn't login
Tried a few times and unable to login despite clicking the link in the email and been brought back to app, but nothing happened.

Link to online event
It is quick and convenient to use Eventbrite to book an event. However, the ticket often does not include the link to online event, and the organisers may send the link of zoom meeting via separate email.
Would it be convenient for the participants to have the link included in the ticket?

Some bugs
Hi sorry had to leave the feedback here, the feedback Google form in the app looks like it’s too old and updated.
1) when pressing events under notification, it always shows ‘something went wrong, pls try again’ and the reload button. No reloading works.
2) the event details became super small and can’t zoom it

Can’t Save Tickets as Images
This feature no longer works. When you tap on the “Save ticket as image” button it only saves the event details to your album, no QR code, no order/ticket number, not even your name.

Poor time limit to order multiple tickets
This is like some timed game in which u need to get all the info of the all the participants before ordering. I didn’t know we needed those info in the first order and got timed out. Needed to re-key in everything. Sucky platform

Used to be good app
Used to like this app as it is easy to use the app to register for events but these days when I get any event emails related to event brite, it clicks to the event inside the app but brings you outside to a webpage to register for the event instead. Meaning you got to register the event like a stranger and key in all your details from scratch. It used to be a intuitive app, not now though.

Eventbrite app needs alot of improvement
Eventbrite has many events and I find it relevant and useful. The content is good but the technical aspects of the app is horrible and not user friendly.
When i click to read more info, it can’t be scrolled down. When i click back, it refreshes right to the top of the list and i have to scroll down again.
App is so unreliable that I am hesitant to make any payment via Eventbrite.
Merchants should consider advertising elsewhere.

This is the first interface that I probably think the team behind has put in tremendous efforts to establish such seamless flow within the app! Professional & reliable functions make it possible for the best user experience. Kudos to the Eventbrite team for making more events happen!

Never bother to fix a 1-year old bug: Brightness Level
Problem 1: screen brightens up to 100% once you go into My Ticket level - can't be rectified in any way.
Problem 2: Problem 1 has been brought up in many reviews posted more than a year ago and no one seems to care and fix this bug. If. You can afford an app developer, might as well don't bother to build this app that blinds users' eyes?!

Bug on Login/Sign up
After u click on 'Set a New Password' from email, it'll bring u to Safari & it'll prompt u to open in app. Open in app, it does nothing and stuck on 'Check your email' screen. If click 'Cancel' on Safari, it just displays a blank page !

Buggy in Verification
I think the bug of verification email needs to be solved. I cannot login at all.
After I requested an email verification and clicked on the link within the email - it directs back to the app but I can't set a new password. Cool app but useless if we cannot login at all.

I must say I had bad experiences with the events I attended.
In 1 event, the presenter was 30 mins late.
On another event organised by Terrence Wan from Small Business Secret, he did not even turn up !
This is really unprofessional and I suggest that anyone tha are planning to attend any events shown in this application, attend at your own risk !!

Used to able to view events. Now it requires signing up just for viewing. Too many apps requiring account and password, too troublesome. Not using it anymore.
