Unable to log in suddenly
The app was working very well for me but it suddenly crashed now every time after it did a face recognition on me. Wanted to log a bug report but instructions says to go to One safe and report a bug issue which doesn’t work in the first place because the app is not accessible at all now. Very disappointed !

Family share discontinued since Dec19
There used to be a robust app with family share option for as Long as I can remember. It is discontinued and there is no warning prior to it. Not the best move!

Great till they “updated”, precluding login
This app’s most recent update removed the colour white from the login screen options. How are we to access our passwords??
After my review a week plus ago, they still haven’t responded!! I’m stuck without my passwords & have yearend tax reporting requirements!!!

⚠️ Rooms for Improvement !!! ⚠️
This is supposed to be a fairly good app by developer’s original intention but there are far too many things to be improved before I would even consider giving it a 4 stars.
(1) Template available is too little and is over restrictive in the field layout and choices, user can hardly modify, edit or customise to suit own needs.
(2) Data Field is fixed and cannot be arranged via simple drag and drop for instance, thus user is unable to arrange as wished.
(3) Data Field name cannot be changed or edited.
(4) Very Limited choices or option given to user to add new data field, come on developer! why such limitation imposed? This shouldn’t be the case for flexibility and usability of this app.
(5) And many more refinements are needed....
IMO, this app is not even ready for sales, and I don’t recommend buying this at all.

This app is literally a Life Savior.
It allows you to store almost everything and it keeps it safe with it's unique passcode locks that it's difficult to crack.
I absolutely love how I have all the important data in one place and I know that nobody can access that even if they have my phone.

Google API issue
I'm not sure if it's my device's problem or this app's problem, but there's this error that says "Google API is not responding" appearing constantly when I look for the website's icon. Another issue is that the animations are also frequently turned off (apparently happens when switching between OneSafe app and other apps.

Lost my data and keeps crashing
After updating app on IOS 9.1 iPhone 6 the app keeps crashing and I LOST my most of data stored inside! Tried to recover from my backup but app keeps crashing.Please fix it!

Beauty Meeting Security and Functionality
This app is beautifully designed with intuitive icons and menus. The security provided is sufficient to meet the everyday needs, yet the functionality (fingerprint scanner) adds a new dimension. Highly recommended.

Superb password/data security management
I checked out a number of password managers before settling on oneSafe. oneSafe has proven to be a great choice; it’s well designed, frequently updated, it’s not a subscription service (unlike a lot of the competition), customer support is fantastic and remarkably timely, oneSafe allows you to sync across devices… honestly, I can’t think of anything else I could wish for in a password/data security management tool.

One safe is the coolest app I ever used.
I can save all my account, web and all my personal web account in one place safely. Now with cloud syn feature and that will be very good to work between different devices - iPad, iPhone.
Love using it and convenient and one place to access all and no need browser tab switching and loggin.
