App Malware

The app seems to have malware injection. So much so when search queries are made on apple iOS, all searches on Firefox became the logo red tile of this app. There’s also a parking@HDB app which kept smsing for missing auto barrier at old airport road hawker centre, so which is which? It behaves like a phishing malware over app.

some functions still transfer you from the app to Safari web browser. why even have an app in the first place then? I'd rather just use the HDB web site.

Poorly design App

This is such a poorly designed app. It does not respect any user experience design for mobile. Please read the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and develop a native Swift app instead of squeezing poorly formatted web pages into a mobile browser. Expect a lot more from a government agency.

I might as well Google what I need and open the links in the mobile browser, since you're opening your app functionalities in in-app/device browsers anyway. Doesn't seem like there's a mobile strategy in place since there is no value add in using a mobile app over mobile/desktop browser. Pages opened need to be mobile optimized as well.

Need to restart when trying to retrieve OTP

I was trying to renew my season parking. . . In the payment screen, I was prompted to key in the OTP. When I tried to click my message to retrieve & go back to the payment screen, I was brought back to the 1st page & need to restart all over again.

Previously I was able to go to my message to see my OTP & come back to the payment screen to key in, but now I am not able to do so. Please rectify this serious problem asap.

No update available for older iPad and iPhone

I do not see the logic of excluding updates on older iPad or iPhone on iOS 9. Once you've deleted the HDB app on older devices, you can never reinstall them and it appeared that this is the ONLY app that do not support further updates on older devices that IOS 9 support.

Hello nobody using iphone6 as above. With just an update and everybody need a compatible devices so everybody going to change NEW device by using this app? Just a note I also have iPhone 6 phone too but that doesn't mean everybody using it. Don't fool people please. My iPhone 6 can be update but not iPhone 5. Please make effort in this app
