Unable to search games (not every game)

It makes no sense why the search won’t yield result for certain games.

For example if I search farcry it doesn’t return farcry 6, it yields some game packs and stuff.

Not yielding the actual game is nonsense.

Why The need to update residential address?

I download the app on a Singapore store, been using it for years and had no issues. Now I’m order to log in, I have to update the residential address. Updating the address isn’t a problem but why does it say “select country or region” when I can’t even select anything out of the US? Zzz

So when I bought my PlayStation 5, around June 2021 I tried to log into the app, but it banned me after I accidentally put the wrong Capital Letter in my password, ever since I haven’t been able to even use the app!

Lacking Basic App Features

Nice interface but i believe it’s lacking some basic features like Saving trophy achievement screenshot directly to our mobile phone from the app. Hopefully we can get this feature in the next update.

Stop logging me out

Stop logging me out of my app. You’re just a gaming app, not a banking app. At least save the login token.

And after I’ve done your login, I get kicked back to the main screen.

Missed Opportunities

Great app, but feels half done. Like you can join a party chat call but you can’t connect a Bluetooth headset.

You can share media(game clips) on the console, but you can’t save it on your phone when you access the app.

Needs to be improved.

Unable to do any purchase on new updated app

New updated app is faster but NOT USABLE!! When clicked on store and add item to cart, it asks me to sign in, when click on sign in button, nothing happens. And I am already signed in, I can see my account info on other tabs. When click on profile’s transaction history, ask me to sign in again also. Again, sign in button is not responding. Seems like I cannot do anything with ps store. PLS FIX!!!! (iPhone 7 plus latest iOS version)

Definitely a cleaner and smoother experience

Definitely a more pleasing aesthetic and a lot smoother than the previous app but a few things are pretty disappointing to me as they were the main reason I used the previous iteration.

I really enjoyed seeing my activity i.e. trophies earned as well as friends trophies/new games played for the first time. This seems to have been removed, not sure if it’s due to privacy issues!??

Also I found the layout of the shop much better previously and all the games I had tagged with hearts have gone as has the wanted list!

Apart from these issues, it seems like a decent app with everything in one place, so after getting used to it, hopefully it will grow on me.

Sony keeps screwing this up when there are major updates to the app. You need to support landscape mode especially for tablets because many use it with keyboards....

Can't log in sometimes

After i keyed in my Sign-in ID and Password to sign in, connection to the server timed out. Problem's been there for a while and no fix really... as good as the captcha bug in last year or few years back...

Not intuitive

Downloaded the app to manage family accounts but is almost as clunky as using the PS controller.

Games store does not show age ratings and doesn’t have popular games like Skylanders, so I can’t buy games for my children.

Error

Everytime without fail the app wont start for the first few tries. Keeps saying "An error occurred". Refreshing the page won't make a difference. Please fix. But once in, everything is good .

Very nice of sony to have this app to let users have access to their playstation on the go. Would be better if there is a section to view the downloads so users can keep track of the items that are downloading and then remotely power off the playstation after the items are downloaded
