CPF Mobile provides you with easy access to your personal CPF information on the go and quick access to your CPF statement and services to manage your CPF. You can also receive push notification alerts and updates regarding your personal CPF matters, educational articles, CPF tips and events even when you are on the move.

For added privacy when browsing through the app in public spaces, simply turn on privacy mode. In addition, you can transact with us conveniently via your mobile devices to access your CPF account balances and perform selected transactions* using payment modes such as PayNow QR.

You can access the following CPF information and services using your Singpass:

What’s new in this update:

•Privacy mode will now remember your preference, eliminating the need to toggle upon every login.

•You will now receive push notifications for voluntary housing refund transactions.

This update also comes with minor app fixes and improvements to give you a better experience.

Starting from Apr 2024, our app will require iOS 13.4 and above for enhanced security and performance. Do keep your device updated to continue enjoying our app seamlessly.

Notification on the apps

The Apps on the whole is very informative and provide good insight. However, I have one issue. After reading all the notifications and closing the apps. I still see the red dot on the apps. Pretty annoying. Please resolve this issue.

Your Mobile app accessibility is a dead end

When I access CPF mobile app and login through SingPass, I received a successfully tick at SingPass and it stuck there. Can’t even access CPF information via your mobile app.

Thanks for the app but

Pls enable app to check if it is outdated before requiring singpass. Being overseas with limited connectivity it takes a lot of time to load the singpass and frustrating to find out that it needs to be updated before requiring to use. Other than that the app itself is very useful for sgreans. Thanks CPF board.

Nice app but many improvements needed

This app provides basic information about CPF balances and transactions but all features from CPF website are not available here. Login with Face ID will good accessing the account without Singpass login every time.

perhaps there was additional budget to be used but the website is more comprehensive whereas the app seems a little limited in functionality. either way login is through Singpass so not sure why I need this app for.

Voluntary top up not available

App does not seem to have there complete suite of services compared to desktop version. Was unable to locate the service to do voluntary top up to all 3 CPF accounts using the app. This service was available under e-cashier in desktop version.

Dashboard needs improvement

Total amount in Dashboard excluded Investment amount. And if you scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard, it provides summary tab for Healthcare, Housing and Investment. Healthcare and Housing both show how much have been used/ withdrawn. But Investment only shows amount that can be used but not what has been invested. So there’s no holistic picture of Total.

App iPhone is jail broken when it’s not

I’ve not being able to use the app as it shows a message about my iPhone being jailbroken when it’s not.

I’ve even recently updated my iOS to version 16.3.1 and so far no response from CPF IT dept in addressing this problem.

This is I must say the most persistence bugs in this app. The issue is rather prevalent; scrolling down the negative comment you will notice the same error which programmer seems unable to fix. I sought support only to be told to access via cpf www rather than apps itself, speak volume isn’t it?

The app is not working properly on IPhone SE

After successful login using Singpass, it shows a blank home page to me and the only button I can click is the back button which will redirect me to login using Singpass again. Tried multiple times and the behaviors are the same and finally I gave up to revert to the web browser version, which works well.

Recent update does not enable singpass login

Hi,

Your latest update somehow would not allow singpass login. A screen keeps showing up to say that I need to download Singpass app to proceed and that for iOS, my app is freshly installed. Try again in an hour.

Fyi, the Singpass app has been on my phone and it has been working fine for the past year. I have also tried to connect since last week.

Would you be issuing an update to address this bug?
