Inaccurate Bus Arrival Timings
I would like to raise a complaint regarding this app. The bus arrival timings displayed are often highly inaccurate. For example, today the app showed the bus would arrive in 10 minutes, but after waiting for 27 minutes, the bus still had not arrived.
This issue has occurred multiple times and makes the app unreliable for daily use. Please look into this matter urgently and work on fixing the accuracy of the bus timings.

Outrageous Inaccuracy: This Useless Bus Timing App Needs to Be Fixed!
This bus timing app is absolutely terrible—completely unreliable and inaccurate! The timings keep jumping unpredictably, especially for Bus 39. One moment it says 16 minutes, then suddenly drops to 10 minutes, or even worse, it jumps by huge gaps, not just one or two minutes but several minutes apart! This happens all the time! What kind of useless system is this? If the app can’t provide accurate timings, what’s the point of having it? Stop wasting commuters’ time with such a lousy, broken system. Fix it immediately!

Ok but…
Generally an ok app but
- The app can’t seem to handle bus stops which have 2 of the same bus number going different directions, the app will choose the bus timings for one of the directions and replicate it twice so the timings aren’t right for the other direction. Workaround is to search for the bus stop on the SBS website.
- The UI for swiping between nearby bus stops could also be improved. Listing the bus stops by proximity and clicking in to the selected bus stop could be a better option. The workaround is to navigate using the map and then clicking the (i) for the selected stop.
- Favouriting is by Buses at specific stops rather than favouriting a bus stop, so each bus at the stop needs to be favourites separately.

Been using this app for years and really rely on it. However I’ve recently upgraded my iPhone to a new one and I’m not able to find a widget option for this app which really bums me out. Would appreciate if the creators could look into this bug asap

I used to check the bus timing on my Lock Screen, it was so useful.
After the software update to iOS 18 it doesn’t support the Lock Screen widgets anymore, I really most this feature can come back again please!!!

Despite updating and having the latest device, there are constant glitches while using the app.
The app would take awhile to load the readings and give inaccurate bus time readings e.g. no estimate available but after waiting for awhile the bus appears.

Bus No 855 arrival time is not accurate
Every day I take bus from Upper Thomson to Yishun bus interchange. This APP shows 1 min arrival , I wait until the APP shows Arrival still not bus come. After the APP change to 13 mins more to 11 mins more. The 855 bus coming. Please upgrade. Thanks.

Does factly what you need an App to do.
Only defect is that it shows each bus twice at key bus stations, like Jurong East Int. The app will show each bus twice, which might be the case as many buses follow soon after, however the times shown are both the same. This should be a simple fix if this is looked into.

Inaccurate
Extremely inaccurate. It would state an insane interval of 20 minutes but the bus would come within 6 minutes, and it doesn’t update it. End up missing multiple buses. Wouldn’t recommend at all, especially for tourists traveling. For more accuracy and reliability, I use Citymapper instead, it even tells me when to get off and to prepare when the bus is coming.

Add a Function to Remove Bus Services from Favourites
Managing this with multiple devices is pretty torturous. I would love to see a better iCloud sync feature as well as a delete feature. Other than that, the UI is not bad but I hate seeing advertisements.

Good app, very slow updates
A very good app otherwise marred by extremely slow updates on bus database and slightly buggy information display on the Apple Watch. Sometimes it really makes one wonder if the developer has totally abandoned this app. A four-star for this app if updates are more frequent.
If the developer has no intention to regularly update the app, please let the users know so they will not pay for a grossly outdated app.

Helpful when in use with available wifi. How come when no wifi services at Bus Stand the mobile phone using mobile data cannot work.

Apple Watch app could be better
Please allow for the watch app to have an additional favourite list independent from the phone app’s favourite list. Also allow for user to choose the list to be displayed on the watch upon loading: Watch favourite, iPhone favourite, or Nearby.
Currently, the watch app’s favourite list is quite unusable, as it is ordered alphabetically and numerically, and as such, it requires the user to scroll and search for the favourite buses if the buses are not at the top alphabetically and numerically.
An independent favourite list on the Watch would allow for quickly showing the routine bus numbers (e.g., the few main ones for daily routine), without having to scroll and search. The users around me have definitely given up on using the Watch app as a result of the scrolling and search.
Users who prefer nearby buses as default on the Watch could still choose “Nearby” as the list to show on load, and users who want the favourite list to mirror their phone app would choose “Favourites” from the iPhone as the default.

Favorites giving issue on Apple Watch
Can developer configure the Favorites tab on Apple Watch to allow selection of the bus stop locations instead of using GPS to show the Favorite list? As i want to have the convenience to check buses in my Favourite tab earlier to time my journey. GPS update is never accurate. For example, I took train at Little India station , I reached Woodleigh station, I wanted to check Serangoon buses in advance but it doesn't not allow me to select my Favorite list... End up I still have to take out my phone to check 🙄

Bring the bus direction back, bring the old version back
Old version allows us to know the bus direction towards which specific mrt and it is very helpful. New update requires a lot of tapping before seeing the bus time appear and it is difficult to know which bus stop I should be clicking on especially in a new area. In older version, we didn't need to know the bus stop number as we could see using the bus direction.

Great app but...
This app is fantastic but could you guys please allow the different groups in the “All favourites” to be movable (instead of fixed)?
This is priceless for anyone who wants to see the priority buses first.
This will also allow the user to be able to see the first 3 buses in the Apple Watch app.
Apart from that, it’s hands down the most awesome app ever!!!

Not as good as before
The updated version looks good from UI perspective, but not as User Friendly as before.
The previous version of showing all tabs on left, allowing Users to select bus stop before showing the buses are a faster way of getting to what we need.
Hope there will be some improvement. Still considering to get the add-on, but just need a bit more convincing.

This is a must have app for daily commute in singapore.

Bring back the scroll to choose the favorite list
The scrolling from left to right on the favorite tab is not user-friendly. It doesn’t serve the purpose for convenience as I need to scroll all the way to the last favorite stop if I want to view it.
Previously, it was so easy to have the favorite list on the left panel and it could be found easily and access easily.

Loved the quick access sidebar on the old design that let me access multiple tabs at once. New UI is awkward to use and requires more movements to do the same tasks. The new design looks more modern but needs to be refined and easier to use.

After the update, the buses are sorted according to bus stop numbers. Some buses are missing when bus stops are slightly far away and not detectable. There was no such issue in the past. The user friendliness has decreased with the intro of ads into the app.

New Routes are not covered yet in this App
It’s been almost couple of weeks since the new route has been published for 118 and 20 Bus Services. However the App does not show the estimated time for these buses in the newly added bus stop like Changi City Point and Opp. Changi City Point.

Old UI is much better
Been using the app for sometime now, as I need to change 2 to 3 buses on my way to work. The old UI allows me to quickly find the bus stops that I have place in the Favorites.
Even though the new UI Nearby function is quite accurate, but there will be times where it cannot detect properly the location which I want.
For the next update, please change the Favorites to a more easily accessible UI.

The updated app is great. However, it would be perfect and efficient if I can see a list of the bus stops I have put in favorite list all at one go, like in the past instead of scrolling the top bar to the left and right.
In case I don’t want to activate the “nearby bus stop”.

Dislike the new interface
Having a left navigation bar was so much easier to use. It allowed for a quick navigation to a wider range of saved stops.
Having a top navigating bar drastically slows down stop selection. Also frequently accidentally trigger the map expansion.

No more bus directions
The old design used to show bus directions, which was particularly useful when two same bus number would stop at the same bus stop but in opposite directions (part of a loop for example).
This is gone in the new version, so there is no way to know now if the incoming bus will go east or west...
