App not user friendly!
It’s not even worth a single star! Either the app had teetering problems that needs to be rectified and improved or the company liaising with it refused to pay for the expenses!

Receipts issue
Despite having uploaded receipts in the expense with receipt sign in expense list, the app still indicated no receipt had been uploaded. My company has implemented steps and this system error does not allow submission. Please could you help to update??

I like this app a lot but it keeps hanging, esp when entering allocation.

Cannot upload pdf
My company requires we upload a pdf of email approval before we can claim. The browser allows this but the app does not have an upload pdf function (only photos). This is quite backward. Could be improved.

Cannot select expense type
The current version is unable to select an expense type when I try to add a new receipt. This makes the app useless.

My expense tab has disappeared completely and that’s the only reason I’m using this app. To submit and claim my expenses.

Can suddenly appeared back aftr a few close and reopen back the app... but it took alot of time to close and reopen back the app :(

Can't Access Claim Daily Allowance

We can't access Daily Allowance claim at Wartsila Expense Report with Travel on Mobile App.( SAP Concur ).

The “Supporting Comment” is not working on Mobile App
I filled in the required comments but it did not get saved- I did it 3 times and ensured I saved each and every item but still to our disappointment it did not get saved. This happens to my colleague too.

Each update breaks something
last update brought a horrible “match” experience that will merge two expenses without warning, resulting for example with one Grab expense merged with a manual expense, with two receipts, the amount of the first one, and the comments of the second one.
Also, save and cancel buttons disappeared when creating an expense. And the recently used expense time is no longer available either.

Worst Travel Arranger
My company changes from Egencia to CET/Concur as travel arranger. Concur by far is the worst. Does not cover all airline, i dont know why some flights are missing. Egencia was not the best, but it’s so much better than concur. Skyscanner is so much better and you don’t need to pay corporate charges. Concur should stick to claims, travel arrangement should be left to the professionals.

Photo Library Wrong Order
After this update, whenever I need to add receipt from my photo album, the order is reversed. I need to scroll all the way to the end to select my latest photo. Completely waste of time imagine there are over thousands photos to scroll. Also I cannot find any way to file for help to concur. Please make sure this is quickly sorted out ASAP. It’s is unacceptable!

We use Concur for work. The iPad version can't even handle straightforward ID/password login, and the error throws up the page code! If that's an example of their security I think I'll pass on giving them my data!

Awesome experience
Really easy to use. I do my expense on the go. Most hotels, uber are connected so no need for me to attach any bills. They automatically comes in my expense report !! Awesome experience. Love it !!

This is a great add on to the desktop system, but is not a replacement the main program. Input in limited and it would be a big improvement if there was an offline content.

Usefull but...
Very useful to upload quickly all invoices but still the web application will have discrepancies that you need to solve on internet not via the app. I did note many times that an invoice already uploaded is lost and doesn't appear in internet. You need to use your computer to upload again.

Adding a receipt image from the iOS photo: allow scrolling of images within Concur Mobile. Currently i have to select an image and if i got the wrong one, i can't scroll to the correct one from where i am.

Concur has done a great job with this app. Makes it very easy to create and approve expense reports on the go. Adding both corp card and cash expenses is very easy. Seamless integration and all the features saves time and eliminates errors in reporting. Thanks.
