It did made my life easier
Well Crunchyroll in my opinion is the best app to watch anime. It did make my life a lot of easier like now I don’t really have to remember the episodes number like how many i watched, even if i left watching in middle of the episode, it stay saved. But one thing which is bad is the limitations of the show T-T i do understand the license are costly but since im living in Bangladesh, the number of anime is quite limited compared to other regions. T-T also can you please bring the previous episodes of one piece? I can’t watch from 892 without watching previous episodes T-T

I’m a mega fan and have been using Crunchyroll for some time but the most annoying thing is that I’m not able to edit the “continue watching” section I can only “marked as watch” but cannot remove some shows I don’t want to watch anymore
It’s a great app otherwise and I love the variety available just the lack of the feature to removes shows from continue watching is really annoying. Using on iPhone 14Pro

Disappointing experience
Tried crunchyroll for the past week and i got to say, rather mid selection of titles considering this is a paid app and supposedly one of the few top sources for anime. Even netflix has a much better selection imo.
Secondly, I was watching Ranking of Kings and when i reached the second season, i realised it only had thai dub and thai sub? Why? It’s a paid app, shouldn’t there be more options available?

Limited options in Singapore
After subscribing I realised that a number of shows I like are not available in Singapore and quite a few shows are duplicated on other streaming platforms like Netflix.
When travelling to Hong Kong the options were fantastic. But even though I downloaded the shows I like to watch, they quickly expired after arriving back in Singapore.
Please check Singapore specific library to be sure the shows you want to watch are available before subscribing.

Phone gets extremely hot while using the app
Reviewing this from an iPhone 14 Pro and that my battery drains at a horrifying rate of at least 12-15% per episode.

Bad video loading
every time it comes to an add, the whole video stops working. Even when you watched the add finish, it will show a loading sign forever and you have to restart the app. And when you restart, the same time happens again. You have to restart the app 1-2 times for every video you watch. Completely unfavorable.

Great, but iPad app always can’t connect and play video sometimes
Loving the app so far, and paid the subscription. But I constantly keep getting “Dang! We couldn’t connect to Crunchyroll” message on the iPad app, but works perfectly fine on the iPhone. This is the only part that give me a huge headache.
Would also love if you guys could add a “Skip intro” and skip “Credits” feature on the video, similar to Netflix 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Anime Collection is much less in my premium account
Kissanime got shutdown. Hence I have decided to support the anime community through Crunchyroll and registered for premium account. To my deepest regret on paying Crunchyroll is that, I cannot find any of my favourite series here such as attach on Titans, re:zero, my hero academia, and black clovers.
I will abandon this subscription and find a better platform soon. Such a shame.

First there are way too many ads I can understand the ads but I get an ad after the op and then two ads near the middle of the ep and then one more at the end and the ads take forever to load and sometimes straight up crash the app it most of the times won’t let me watch the episode after I’m done with the ads I’ll have to restart the app and keep going through the same ads or restart the whole episode honestly just use Netflix

Easily one of the worse app ever
I don’t usually do a review but this app was so bad that I feel compiled in leaving one. While advertisement is certainly annoying, it is perfectly understandable since this is a free streaming service. However, there is no way in getting out of the full screen configuration while the advertisement was playing, and ads redirecting links are everywhere. I had to close the app manually in order to use it, and then the same ads are playing AGAIN. Gosh, I barely used this app for five minutes and came to a conclusion that this is probably one of the worst, if not the worst app EVER.

I can’t find for kimetsu no yaiba and any other anime. I refreshed the app 6 times but it clearly doesn’t work. A lot of titles unavailable due to region restrictions
Hi, I’m from Singapore. I have tried and signed on membership ( as I want to avoid the endless advertisements) but still I can’t get to view the anime I want due to region restrictions.
If by paying for membership fees can allow us to access to those anime such as, sword art online, I won’t mind at all. Right now, it’s simply not worth the cent.

Incorrect password & next button doesn't work
Here is the thing, everytime I log in it always say incorrect password despite keep changing it. So, everytime i log in, because i kept being logged out for some reason, I have to click ”Restore Puschase” tobe log in back.
Another more thing, the ” Next button” doesn’t seem to work all the time. It pisses me off. That I cant continuously watch the anime. I can't find most of the old animes that I WANT to watch as well. I paid hoping that I can catch up with all the animes I missed since I have been busy in the last few years.

after every particular scene in the anime, the ad would just repeat itself as many times as it likes, and there would be no exit button. i think i have remembered all the lines in the ad. an internet link would not play as much ads as this app does. please do something about it.
