Been using LastPass for several years and loving it.
Been using Lastpass for several years and I love the password manager and also the authentication but then I switch to Authy due to apple watch. Never regret using this.

Great App! No longer need to remember password
This is one great app that I use everyday!
Wish the support team could consider 1 feedback - to allow using both Face ID and Passcode function instead of only just one of the two. E.g. first it will try to use Face ID. If it doesn’t work, then it will ask for passcode.

I typed i the exact same password and exact same email (my email)on the login part and it KEPT FAILING. Just today it is blocked and I CANNOT EVEN EMAIL THEM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I CANT RECOVER ME ACCOUNT ANYMORE. Will not use this app every again even after death.

Useful tool in my life, but require improvements
I have been using this tool for quite a long time and i am very much satisfied with its performance. I am a bit skeptical about the password security, bt considering the track record of lasptass, i think its pretty secure.
The only problem i faced is with iphone. Not many options are available. You cannot update the password automatically like desktop and you cannot save the password after creating account like in desktop. Maybe it is iphone restrictions Even though 1password has a safari extension for iphone where you can easily search, create and generate passwords. I think Lastpass also can try to create an extension for safari mobile.
For iphone apps, its not that easy , but always you can go to lastpass and enter it manually for the first time
Overall, i like using this password and i am happy with it.

Auto login might be better
I am enjoying LastPass but quite often the auto login fails to connect because sites may request user and password on 2 different pages or sometimes 3 informations are needed. May be this can be improved with specific options when saving the site access details.

Stay away from it
Probably one of the worst conceived apps ever. I basically got logged out, and impossible to recover my account…tried to get support but to have that I must pay…but I can’t pay as I have to log in to my account to be able to upgrade! Ridiculous app. Highly recommend against it.

Can’t sync with data from browser version
I have a premium account. Been using LastPass on browser and recently paid for premium to have it on all my devices. However when I download this app, none of the data is syncing and my vaults are empty. Driving me nuts. No instruction anywhere how to sync. Please help.

Hassle Renewal! Uninstalled!
I'm a premium user for over 3 years now, I am paying over $40+/year. But every renewal I always encounter issues like synching and automatically reverting to free version. I tried contacting the developer to unlock/enable the premium features but no support given. I gave up... time to use another service and delete this app.
LastPass, you still owe me $48. My subscription is still active til next year.

No longer user friendly
I have been using this app for quite a while. No major complaints actually. Unfortunately they did some changes and when trying to login, it kept failing even when I had entered the CORRECT login credentials. I had to keep doing account recoveries so many times (catpcha requirement added to the frustration). I finally exported all my password entries and deleted it from lastpass. Not using this annoying app anymore.

This made me start looking for alternatives, and I found Bitwarden. After using it for a week, I actually like it better then LastPass.

Can’t trust this app
As a security app this company has 7 trackers on you and this was not disabled by default. Truly disappointed by their privacy actions and this is not acceptable. Pay for a full year subscription and now I am regretting. Additional, the slow response from their support team is also terrible to deal with.

After March 16th, I’m switching to another password manager as the free version of LastPass will only allowed to be use on on a single type of device. You have to pay if you are going to use it on both PC and Mobile.

Free sync!
I’ve migrated over from dashlane after being promised with free syncing across devices. Considering my usage across many devices, Lastpass has been really useful for it’s syncing. Personally, I would recommend Lastpass for users that are looking for a free password manager. Other password managers may be more secure, but Lastpass is good for those who are looking for sufficient security over their accounts and not extremely tightly secured password managers.

Continuously crashes when generating password
For the last three months, the app has crashed on me when trying to generate a new password. There is no easy way to provide feedback through the app, and I have fed back through their website, and am still having issues. I am on an iPhone X with updated iOS.

Super nice and easy to use
The last pass is very convenient to use I just install plugin on my chrome and need to remember only one master password and all are taken care. Besides that the Authenticator app is also very good !

Works just fine
The app allows for easy autofill on other apps, websites and wifi login pages too. The FaceID app unlock feature has made it more convenient to use LastPass.
One limitation I observed (for free version) is that if I update the password on other device, the login detail doesn't automatically update on my phone. I will have to open the app and refresh it (drag down). Not a deal-breaker though, you just have to refresh if there is password update.

Really bad app. Slow, unresponsive, buggy. Takes forever to share an account, or even load the list of emails shared for a particular login. Seriously man, fix it.

Do not get their premium subscription
I got a premium subscription so I could create entries and sync them seamlessly, but when I created an entry on the LastPass website it didn't show up on the mobile app.
The website doesn't have a built in password generator or at least I couldn't find it anywhere, so I had to use the mobile app. But the password generator is hidden under settings and after saving your generated password it doesn't go anywhere (later I found out that I had to show all identities in order to see it).
Then after you create an entry guess what, you can't even copy your password to the clipboard! Seriously? Even KeePass apps allow me to do that! How am I suppose to use the app to login to my Apple ID if I can't even copy the password!!!
Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. I wrote to support and several hours have passed without any reply from them.
