My information are messed up!

Probably due to information migrated from Asia Miles. I can no longer log in to my CX app. I also cannot reset my password. It keeps saying my credentials are wrong and I should use a new mobile number to register which is impossible. There is no way for me to proceed. Can the developer please contact me urgently.

Crappy app

The more this app is being upgraded, the more unstable and less user friendly it becomes.
Always getting errors when retrieving my profile and bookings, and the worse thing is it does not go away until i log out and re sign in.
User interface for viewing of the booking, lacks info such as booking class. This app is just bad, plain bad. Please improve the stability and user interface of this app.

Worst than before

After latest update, the app do not work after you close it without signing out. Always prompt technical error. The latest update should be able to view offline but it is not true with the error
You have to sign out and then re-sign in again. And touch or face id do not work as it is now using the iphone password and you have to choose the password saved

Tried booking business class to Chicago

Your system has a major glitch
I am going to Chicago and not HK and the screen just gave me to Hongkong portion and hang there till I closed out
Looks like the outdated travel agent is better than the online system that stalls and gives no reservations in the end
Fix your system
Very irritating to spend time on the online booking that hangs

Unable to Login

When i try to login to the app with my account name, email or asia miles number, it just gives me the error “sorry, but we are unable to complete your request due to a technical error. Please try again.” But when i login via Safari, i am able to. :(

Very Poor Apps

It’s amazing that CX as one of the world‘s best airlines could release such a lousy apps. Pls look at SQ for your reference! Even Garuda Airlines mobile apps is better than yours. What a shame!

Check-in on the go allow me to select my seats in an otherwise full flight

Download the app despite some negative reviews. Try it and never look back.
As I travel regularly on CX, I understand how important it is to select your seat as soon as seat check-in is available as their flight can get quite full. Yes, you can use your computer but who bring that around all the time when you are travelling?
Also, I didn't thought I would actually buy tickets through mobile app since the screen is so small. But I'm wrong! After trying and making a few bookings on the app, I find I actually prefer the simpler process on the app over the website.
That said, I do experience some bugs and also wish the app could be faster. But I see that the app is making regular updates and it just keep getting better.

Only Check-In & Flight status

Why can't view and book/buy fares using this "all can do" app ? That's kinda stupid considering many major airline app can. Only if you fly CX often then this app is useful to do check-in.

Useful but need lots of improvement

While the app offers wide range of function. Most of the time I only used 3 main function for this kind of Airlines App:
1. Retrieve booking information
2. Flight schedule
3. Check-in
Retrieve booking information..Good, flight schedule not so easy too use, overall layout on summarizing search result are pretty basic and not so user friendly, checkin function was confusing.
