Fitissimo offers you the unique possibility to receive individualized exercise routines for your instrument for the warm-up before playing, the targeted loosening during practice breaks and also the cool-down afterwards. For this purpose, a pool of several hundred individual exercises is available, which have been developed by a team of international experts from the fields of physiology, psychomotricity, motology and physiotherapy. The special expertise of the team members is demonstrated by the fact that they are not only among the best in their field from a medical point of view, but are all active musicians themselves - some of them even have degrees in concert performance. This extensive catalog of exercises is filtered according to various criteria and constantly reassembled into sessions of different lengths, so that you always have several sessions of different lengths and intensities to choose from, depending on your practice situation. In addition, you can access further session types independently of daily practicing, for example to train and strengthen the muscle groups required for your instrument with a strength workout.
In addition to the training sessions, videos are also available for all instruments, which interactively answer questions about a - from a medical point of view - beneficial posture at the instrument. Using the magnifying glass function, the decisive details become visible, which make the movements more flowing, less tense or more gentle on the body. Supplemented by other useful features such as the practice timer and a coach that provides useful expert knowledge on the medical basics of practicing and keeping the body healthy while playing music at any time, Fitissimo offers the perfect overall package to prepare the body perfectly for daily practicing as well as for concerts, and to become active in preventing complaints while playing the instrument.
