So many bugs
The screen kept froze for no reason. The buttons were not sensitive. How to play like this, game developers you design a game for players to play and it must be smooth at least but look at the game can’t even press anything, kept sticking for no reason have restart the game many times but face the same issues. Just bloody close the game.

No free or free event skins
All is good but you don’t provide any free skin or a game event that provides free skins . We can’t buy all the 50+ paid skins . We can buy some paid skins but game also need to give us some free skins to make our consistency towards this game . Please provide

Keep kicking out of game
The season 2 chapter 5-9 boss every time fight half way I get kick out .. can please fix it I annoying I can’t finish the chapter boss because of this bug

Boring game
When the game initially came out, there were quite a lot of bugs such as the screen freezing for no reason. Nonetheless, it was still fun and I continued to play on.
About 2 weeks later, this game became boring because there is literally nothing to do.
1) The drop rates were TERRIBLY low, and I was stuck with 4 3-star heroes for a very long time and it was quite difficult to get new heroes. The developers were quite generous with the diamonds, but come on man… At least increase the rates.
2) There are no events. If you play games such as MCOC or 7DS, there will be monthly or fortnightly events where you can try something new and gain OP heroes or special rewards. 3 weeks in, there is no such concept in this game which made it boring.
3) Nothing new. Basically, you are just replaying the storyline over and over again. No new heroes, no new story.
4) Poor arena concept: The power level of the opponent scales based on rank. Your opponent can have 4 6-star heroes, but if your rank is low, the power of the opponent will be low. There is no point in setting a defence team if it is based on heroes and not the power level
TLDR: Poor game design + Boring quickly
