Previous features missing
Latest version of the app that removed minimum fees also removed several useful features like tagging a charging transaction with a vehicle in profile, select charging options by kWH and time duration. Please restore these features!

Directed me to 2 charging stations that were under construction. If they were unavailable why would u waste someone’s time.

Issue with iPhone 12 Pro
Can’t easily log in with an iPhone 12 Pro. The pop up keyboard prevents you from pressing the login screen and it’s not easy to get around that. Works fine on an iPhone 15 pro Max with the larger screen. Hard to use if you can’t sign into your account

UI can be improved
"Start Charging" HIDES subscription plan at bottom and subscriber in a hurry at charging station tend to press Start Charging = pay by card. Suggest auto-prompt "Use subscription plan?"
Nowhere does the app state Minimum Charging Fee is $2.00. No other EV charging company has such minimum fee.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work at all. Unable to sign up. SMS OTP hangs at the loading page. Had to wait in carpark for the whole time while the app hangs. Had to skip charging. Avoid at all costs

Lack of charging station. Notification is hit or miss
Many charging station are within private estate. Please look into providing more public access.
No idea how to pay. No way to enter payment method. Do not want to end up standing there not able to pay after charging. Should have a better use guide on payment.
There are push notification that appear on the phone but these notifications are nowhere to be seen in the app.

CANT EVEN SIGN UP JOKE
Can’t even sign up for the app to be used. Email verification code (OTP) has a 120s timer. After the time elapsed, no OTP code sent to email. Tried different email also same.
Used phone number to register instead which is supposed to be easier. OTP received via phone great…finally got OTP.
But OTP failed even after numerous tries.. lmao… better off using other chargers.

Good Service but information not clear
Example Jurong Point have many charging station, but app not provide the detail like which floor the charger. At Jem also, I searching at B2 and B3 I cannot find. App inside also no have detail.

Great app but can be improve further
Heard about the app thru the EV chargers that were place at JP2 and decide to download the app since I am renting a EV car tdy and wanna try out how easy and convenient to use this app.
Cons
-Why must we enter the car manufacturer and license plate for the car if we are just charging the car I feel this process it’s too complicated already.
- If u say this is regarding something on your backend I understand nevermind at the least can u add more car brands in it, not all car sharing brands have cars like Audi, Mercedes or Tesla more like Hyundai, Toyota, etc
Pros
-The easy to understand instructions that are place beside the charger at the charging point.
-The many upcoming location of charging station that Volt will soon open and hopefully Singapore will be EV friendly and people do not have to worry about their range
