Locket is a widget that shows live photos from your best friends, right to your Home Screen. You and your best friends will see new pictures from each other every time you unlock your phone. It’s a little glimpse of what everyone’s up to throughout the day.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the Locket widget to your Home Screen
2. When a friend sends you a photo, it instantly appears on your Locket widget!
3. To share a pic back, tap into the widget, take a pic with the camera, and then hit send! It appears right on your friends’ Home Screens

• To keep things friendly, you can only have 20 friends on the app.
• On Locket, there’s no worrying about follower count, just add your best friends and family and live in the moment.

REACT TO FRIENDS' PHOTOS
• Send a Locket reaction to your friends to let them know you saw their image.
• They’ll get a notification and you’ll love watching the emojis rain down on your photo.
• We don’t count or track the reactions, so you can be real and authentic without worrying about likes and filters like other platforms.
BUILD A HISTORY OF YOUR LOCKETS
• As you and friends snap Lockets, you’ll build up a history of all images sent.
• Share them out as photos or use our video recap feature to stitch together the memories of you and your friends, capturing those “love it” moments.
• Locket will also make you a recap video at the end of every month with all of the photos you've shared.

i love this app its so fun
i get to communicate and update my friends anytime anywhere without even needing to open up whatsapp. i also get to see my friends update its so fun to use. maybe if they allowed more than 20 friends it will be better! but love it 5 star rating

love the whole concept of the app!
however I hope you can add these few features in as well!
-sending short video (by holding the camera button down) I’ve seen other countries having this some time ago but it’s not updated in SG sadly …
- they also had a feature where you can grp your friends / family into different grps so ur on your widget you can choose the specific grp to be displayed instead of only allowing to display one person. I’m not sure why they removed this feature after, but I really hope they could add it back ! it’s more convenient as I can grp my family and friends lockets separately into two grps so I could display two widgets out to see what they have posted without missing anything out.
-OH! and it would be cute if we could actually doodle after taking a picture😳

I would like locket to put a feature of after a while the pictures delete because your friend would keep the pictures and use it to blackmail you. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. Btw I love this app and highly recommend it for friends!!!! It would also be nice if there was a timer so it is easier to take pictures.

I love locket so much because I can send daily updates to my boyfriend and i can see it in my home screen ❤️ All was well until they added locket gold and introduced ads…… it essentially ruined the whole experience for me, knowing they’re farming people for ads/money 🥲

its a great app, downloaded it with my bestfriend today and now im obsessed, i love the way u can just send a random picture anytime and ur bestfriend or person can see it, without opening the app because u can add it to widgets. best app made ever i LOVE it, i love how i can just snap a picture and send it anytime, so funny and fun to use, im in love. ive spent hours on this app im giggling this is too funny. however, i have downloaded AND updated the app to the latest version but i cant seem to be able to record a video and send in the locket app. i heard that u could send video recordings but i cant, ive already updated my app

i have the widget on screen but it just appears black, even when my friends sents pictures it still is

a must-have app + An issue
The app is really nice and I love it so much. I do use daily. I recommend 100% for keeping in touch with friends and family. I do use daily.
Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, when i entered the app, it started asking for my email. The problem is even though I have entered my email and clicked “continue”, the app kept saying “Couldn’t verify email. Check back Later and try again” and I couldn’t use the app for a while now.
Developers, please help me with the issue so that I could use the app again.
p.s: the email I put is valid.

suddenly stopped working
the app worked completely fine till about 5-6 days ago. the first time it didn’t let me see my friends lockets i just assumed it was a glitch and my data wasn’t working but i tried it with different wifi connections yet it still didn’t work. i have signed out and in of my account multiple times. deleted and reinstalled the app. restarted my phone. and updated my ios as well. yet i still cannot send or see my friends lockets and they all appear as blank screens. i’ve emailed 3 times regarding my issues but have gotten no reply. it’s so devastating because it works for my friends but i can’t see what they send, plus i have a years worth of memories in here so i really don’t want to delete and make a new account and lose all the photos. please help me & fix this bug 🙏🙏

i wanted to send a picture to my friends but somehow it couldn’t go through. i tried restarting my phone, deleting and downloading my app again and i lost like everything. i am still somehow able to send messages to my friends on the app so i do not believe it is a wifi or data issue. moreover, i have updated my phone to the latest software so i dont see what the issue is here. why is my locket refusing to let me download back and send pictures like it’s supposed to? very disappointed considering having read all the other issues people face in the other reviews. please fix this

Can't update new photos
Recently, my locket can't receive new photos from my friends. When I send a new photo, it will in the loading process for a long time. I have to delete the app and download it again in order to fix that situation 😭 It is not happen just once so please check dear Locket's developer 😞
I am literally a fan of this app and I have been there since day 1 so Locket is really important to me. Please solve that problem😞

LOVE IT! + SUGGESTIONS
locket has been really fun to use with my friends, and i love how we can update each other easily, and send funny pictures. however, one suggestion i would like to make, is to add a feature where we can have different widgets for different groups of friends. i have a few friend groups, and it would be great if i could send pictures to them instantly, and also see a widget for each friend group. thank you!

Camera always on.
I noticed that the camera function off the app is always on. This might be a concern for users’ battery life as they may be chatting for long periods of time while leaving the camera on. I propose a function similar to that of Instagram, where the camera only turns on when the ability to take a picture is available.

The app is very fun to have with friends but i have probelm with the battery life since the app always turn on the camera even when you in the library or settings tab. I hope the developer will change it

The app is amazing and sweet but only setback is that we don't receive notification if one has attached their pic. notification only applies to reaction sent. i hope you can fix this whereby we can receive the notification once our friends posted something.

Doesn’t let me send or load snaps “failed to load user”
it keeps telling me make sure your device is connected to the internet and won’t let me send snaps or load my friends snap it’s all black. I have updated my phone, all my apps, deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out of the account and logged back in, switched off and on my phone. Not sure what else i can do but it still isn’t working

APP STOPPED WORKING
I can’t see my friends photos nor post my own, it keeps telling me to connect to the internet but my internet is fine. I’ve tried everything, deleting the app, restarting my phone etc. Nothing works. I see that there are many reviews here also a stating similar situation. I’m sure that there is a bug somewhere so please fix it…

when i first downloaded it, it was perfectly fine,after awhile i cant post on locket anymore for some reasons it just kept saying i have no internet connections so i cant post.I tried to turn off the wifi & on it back,i even updated my phone & it still didnt work,PLEASE fix it because if i delete & redownload, the data will be gone.

after the update, the locket doesn’t seem to work anymore
previously, i was able to send pics and receive pics from my friends, but now i’m entirely unable to. the pictures they sent to me are not loading and is just plain black. whenever i sent them a pic, it just doesn’t load and it always says “tap to retry”, plus it’s not like my wifi connection is weak. i have already restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app but nothing seems to be working.

Bug issues
I was using locket for a week until yesterday it started to malfunction and I am unable to send the pictures, it kept saying “tap to retry” and despite tapping it to retry…nothing happened and I can’t send any photos. From then on, I’m also unable to see my history and see my friends’ photos that they had sent…it’s just a grey screen

No longer works
I used to really like this app! It worked fast and was efficient, could send pictures and receive them quickly.
However, recently I’ve been encountering a problem where my images doesn’t send out (someone wrote in with the same feedback as well) and the developer mentioned to delete the app and try again. I did this and now the pictures I exchanged with my boyfriend are gone… I was quite upset about this.
Locket just doesn’t work for me anymore… not sure if there’s even anything to do that will get Locket working again because I enjoyed using it. Even downloading the memories via “Time Travel”, it will say that there isn’t connection even when my Wi-Fi and Signal is strong. Unfortunate. Hope this issue gets worked out soon so I can use it again.

aft the update it just doesn’t seem to work
before the update, everything was okay like i could add my frnds and send them pics of my life.
However, aft the update, i just can’t send the pics anymore ? like aft i pressed the sent button, the status showed that it’s sent like “You *how many mins ago* “ but aft going back to the app like days later it says that “tap to retry” and i asked my frnds they said they did not receive any lockets from me, this is disappointing. pls fix this quick, thanks.

it’s awesome BUT please try to add these features:
- text/emojis on the pictures
- more emojis for the reactions(basically just allow us to use any emoji instead of just these six :

- allow us to comment on the widgets — basically just add a function under every widget that allows us to type something
- allow us to send pictures from our gallery instead of just pictures taken using the app
- alsoooo try adding a confirmation button before every widget sent—like

Hey locket developers, this app is honestly super nice and fun, I love it so much!! But just one tiny suggestion, can you pls develop a function where we can add widgets for different friends? Cuz as we add more friends, some may send photos to us at the same time, and if you only show the lastest pic, we will often miss out certain pictures. But if we can add widget for diff friends, then nothing will be missed out!
So thanks again for developing this super fun app, just hope that you can fix this tiny problem so that we can enjoy this app even better. Thanks!

fun app but some areas for improvement
a really cute app and i really like the concept of it, it allows me to send photos to my friends as and when i want to thro out the day :-) but it would be great if we could add up to 20 friends because 10 friends is a too little for us to be able to add all of our friends!

Agree with others to have the ability to add texts to the photos. Will also be quite fun if able to add comments to friends’ photos.
Would like to also add photos from gallery directly. & good to have option to delete photos for BOTH ourselves & recipients.

SUGGESTIONS + IMPROVEMENTS
The app is really nice to use. However, l thought that there were some areas that could be improved on:
• Add a feature to have our own profile picture that would show up for our friends
• Zoom feature for the camera so we can use the ‘pinch to zoom’ function when taking pictures
• Function to add text to the pictures taken. This one is self explanatory

When my friend send me a picture, it doesn’t appear on my widget. i’ve already uninstalled & installed the app, remove & add the widget again, remove friends & add again. The pictures are still not uploaded. Please fix the bugs, thank you

i accidentally removed a friend and now i cant add her back anymore so it would be nice if there was a feature to add back removed friends.
