I lost my phone and I tried to ask for help due to previously I was forced to use Korea server but now with my new phone I’m unable to use back my Korea server instead they give me Asia server which all my data was lost. Did not reply or even help me. Gonna stop playing this game as the gm does not give a damn about players

Hello, this game matchmaking is totally trash. How can a low ranking match with someone that’s high ranking. It’s not just once or twice but every single time I play I match with people that are way out of my league and consecutively lose. Really trash matchmaking.
