I got logged out after every time I submitted receipts. Have to re log in again many times.

Worst Customer Support
I’m a big spender in Far East mall and they claimed that I’m made multiple fraudulent transactions to be redeemed as points, insinuating that I’m using other people’s receipts.
When I asked for clarification, the team just banned my account without asking what happened first, nor address past instances where due to their “fast support”, my receipts were rejected.
I tried calling the concierge , and was just told to wait for the backend team to reply. What kind of service is this ??

Unable to receive OTP
Trying to register a new account using the promo code to get a $10 voucher. However, no OTP received at all and I am unable to register. How to expect new customers to sign up if the app is buggy?

The app hangs and can’t open for a long time. It just stalls for inexplicable reason then user has to waste a lot of time trying to open and reopen app.

Developers made this available only in the Singapore App Store to save a few bucks. Then app is freezing when trying to redeem the promised evouchers. What a scam.

The app is not working. Can’t log in and cannot reset password. I can’t even submit an enquiry.

Frustrating to use
Website seems to accept a longer length of password when setting password but the app can only allow us to key a shorter password for login. Cropping of the receipt is slow and requires adjusting four corners inside of adjusting just the horizontal and vertical crop tool. Does not allow change of mobile number.

Told to create a help account but cannot put in one time password. Reset also error. Wasted a good 15 mins. In the end issue not solved and wanted me to email me. Poor West Coast plaza promo.

Extremely unethical
Scam app. 👎Same as other users, I had a $5 voucher but I couldn’t login at all to redeem by 31 August. This was due to app error. Only managed to login on 2 Sep and obviously, voucher had already expired. 🥴

Your new app is crappy
After updating to the new app, I cannot access my 2 e-voucher expiring August 31, 2022. How crappy can it gets. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I updated and logged in to the new app on August 30, 2022. Thereafter, I was asked to select 3 or more category of interests. However, once I clicked on save after selecting, it says “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or contact us for assistance” After submitting my enquiry on the error, I received an email saying “We’ve got your message and our team is working tirelessly to reply, but do give us up to 5 working days to revert.” 5 working days?!?! What the hack!! By the time your team reach out to me, my 2 e-voucher would have been expired already!! 😰😰 I seriously think you need to upgrade your Tech team.

Disappointing..
Don’t even know got new update. So after updating , after I login , I’m stucked at the page where I need to select which categories tat interest me. After select a few options, it says “Oops!!! Something happened and I need to contact them for assistance 😱😱😱. I got voucher that are going to expire on the 31Aug 2022. I can’t use it today . I tried to write in to them, but I can’t even submit my message to them. The submit button cannot be click on. Arghhhh … 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😵💫😵💫😵💫😓😓😓

Migrated to new app without inform. Wipe out all the points previously. Disappointed
And now with the new app. So annoying. Notification is unable to clear and buggy when navigate around. App designer should test extensively instead of arbitrary roll out with lots of assumptions !!!

Best rewards program (hotel staycations at 5 star resorts) and interface is user friendly. Can stay up to date with latest promotions in malls like OC, Central, Square 2 and get the most bang for your buck. Gd job!

Refreshing! Very user friendly.
Updated the app recently, and was pleasantly surprised with a brand new, very refreshing new app. Much more user friendly too. It’s easier to scan receipts and the instructions are so much clearer. Anyway, thanks for a very “rewarding” rewards programme.
