Courier service with lots of gimmicks behind

For everyone who thinking about using this app/website for your delivery service, please do not use it. Firstly they don't have any hotline for you to call to and their livechat is always seems dead. Secondly after you top up, even if you did not use any of the credits in it, you will never get refunded ( after your disappointed tried out their service). Their no refund scheme is hidden in the FAQ section, and do not worry even if you missed it you won't get any refund back. Last but not least, if you have tried it already then enjoy their hell customer service :).

Do not ever use this app!

I used this app to send parcels to Malaysia and Japan.
They had advertised a period for the delivery…3 working days but after 5 working days and not seeing any update on my courier, I called the actual Courier company Aramex.
They said that they figured out that they could not deliver my parcel because it was containing tea.
I have been fighting to get my parcel back and it is still not resolved. No need to mention that each of the parties is putting the ball on the other on my refund.
There is no support, no phone number to call…..they take a margin on top of courier and are not providing any support and are u reliable.
