Description

BEAT NOTE enables you to notate drum set music quickly and with ease!
CREATE
・Tap or swipe across the grid to easily add or remove notes to your beat. Beat Note will automatically create the drum set music notation for your beat as you enter it!
・Add notes for hi-hat, snare drum, kick drum, floor tom, crash cymbal, and ride cymbal. Tap on a note multiple times to add articulations to notes, such as accents, ghost notes, open hi-hat, etc.
・Choose your preferred way to write the music notation with a single tap using options specific to drummers: hands and feet together, split hands and feet, or split drums and cymbals.
・Supports quarter-note time signatures: 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4
・Insert, duplicate, delete, and reorder measures to make compositions as long as you like.

・Adjust tempo from 10 to 300 bpm
・Use a click to help improve your time, including count-in
・Set a timer to focus your practice
SHARE
・Share your compositions with anyone via a link.
・Shared beats can be opened up within the app to play and practice.
・Easily make a copy of a beat you’ve downloaded so you can edit it to make it your own.
Beat Note is free to download and use. If you upgrade to premium, we offer an annual auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in iTunes Account Settings after purchase or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

What's New in Version 1.9

New in this release:
・I added the ride bell as a new instrument so that you can include this in your grooves with and without an accent.
・The snare drum now supports diddle articulations (a double-stroke played with one hand), making it possible for you to program some of your favorite warm-ups!
・Speaking of diddles, they can also be used to spice up hi-hat grooves, so I added diddles as an articulation for the hi-hat as well.
・Beat Note now saves your Click track settings between sessions, so you don't need to re-configure them each time. Is it helpful to have separate click settings for each beat? If so, please let me know!
Improved in this release:
・The reliability of syncing data to the cloud has been enhanced.

Useful but…

Great app and a greater teaching tool. However, I am having issues trying to get it to sync with my iPhone and my other iPad. Isn’t this a cloud based app? Hence, I should be able to sync all my data across all my Apple devices right?
