The solution I needed

After an initial hiccup with getting my Devyce account set up, the Devyce team was very friendly and prompt in rectifying the situation.
I had submitted several requests via email but thought they were being ignored. Turns out they had landed in the email junk folder. As soon as the team realised this, they reached out to me to apologise profusely, refund my first invoice payment, and got my requests sorted as quickly as they could.
Moving forward, they will also regularly monitor their email junk folder to prevent this from happening again.
I’m impressed with how calmly and professionally they handled this unfortunate situation.
As for the app, it’s such a relief that Devyce offers the option of number porting. My UK mobile provider cut off international roaming because I had been abroad for too long. I didn’t want to change my number though because updating all my contacts would have been a hassle.
Now I’m able to make and receive calls as well as send and receive SMSes again anywhere in the world as along as I have Internet access. Overall, this is a great solution.
