Ongoing poor CX

This app is headache inducing - Try and reset your password. My e-cards don’t show, but there is no clear instructions what to do to correct this issue. The support request form requires an insane amount of info for basic inquiries. I can’t tell if I am logged in or out. Astonishing this has a 4.9 rating. Really poor CX for me.

Dive log not working

Love the convenient of having an ecard stored in the app. However, very disappointed with the dive log, i’ve added all of my log in the apps but it always not working. Most of the time it shows that i have not log in any dive yet. Sometimes the log came back after few times of reopening the apps and sometimes it doesn’t. It is very frustrating especially when I have to show it to the dive centre before the dives.

Open water dive

Very well organized and user friendly tech, apps and online course materials, very advanced system established and facilitated to present modern civilization, very practical and easy international access, although I am just the beginner but definitely had a full confident with PADI.
