Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

No more free cloud storage after 3 moths of usage
The 3-days free cloud storage only last you for 3 months after that it will force you to subscribe a min 6-mth subscription cloud storage package in order to view the recorded videos. By doing that I could buy a new door bell instead. I would recommend to save the money and for go for those door bells with microSD slot for storage in order to avoid additional cost on the subscription.

Terrible. Purchased the cloud storage but cannot be used
Had subscribed to the cloud storage for two door camera.
Apparently, only one camera is allowed to download and view video recording even though user had subscribed to two cloud storage for both door camera.
Unsatisfactory.
Customer service agent doesn’t really response to query made. For every reply, it takes them a day to response.
There is no notification to inform user that the customer service agent had replied.
Everything seems terrible.

Bought a doobell stating has free cloud storage but after using a few month was ask to subscribe with a fee. Meaning no more free cloud storage. Dont use doorbell with this app. Worst app ever. Read up all the reviews before committing to this fools.

Lousy app
I have paid for 1 year service but don’t know why it’s show 6 month service. After that , I press 12 month service thinking of its will overwrite the 6 month. To my disappointment. It’s didn’t and they bill both 6 month and 1 year . And no way to cancel it as subscription already enforced.

There is no way to control the loudspeaker, it’s quite quiet during the day so if I were to speak through the intercom it’s actually quite loud, hope they can somehow implement a volume for the intercom on the app. Also wished that the lens had more wide angle. After update, it’s very very slow

Not good server
Only 15 secs record when detect motion. Anything above 15 secs is not recorded at all.
Motion detection is 5 secs delay despite putting the highest sensitive for motion detection. The person walk over and took your things already then it start recording. By then the person already walk away and NOTHING WAS RECORDED ON THE FACE. This call video door bell?
