It’s been months and customer service has not been responding at all. They advertise membership discounts but when you actually check, no discount or cashbacks are given.

Drink Order Came Out Inaccurate
Ordered two cups of drinks with additional toppings. Wasn’t reflected on outlet’s side, but app charged me amount with toppings added. Staff wasn’t sure why it was so, but was nice enough to offer refund for the toppings. Unable to remove card option via app, very concerning and hope there is a follow up update asap.

Lost my passion
This afternoon, the recharge and ordering drinks failed, and then the update didn't show the order and recharge. Then an hour later, it suddenly showed that the order was accepted, and I had left the place ... and the recharge of 20 Singapore dollars also showed the recharge, but it didn't show the recharge in my iwallet.

Cannot link email account
New update keep asking me to link email account even though previously I link my email account before.
Tried to link account again like 5 times but the OTP is not sent to my account to link. And the app says can only log in via email when 2026 starts.

i am an active fan of itea for years and i am greatly disappointed that i wasn’t able to retrieve my account due to this email login (which i didn’t engage with prior). I couldn’t receive the otp for email despite multiple attempts. Hope this issue could be resolved quickly

app has issues due to email login
App was working fine using mobile number to log in, but after they changed to email log in (which i did not register any email prior) i was logged out of the system along with the credits i had inside my account.
i do not recommend anyone to top up their iPay incase you get logged out, there’s no way you can get your money back.

Selected zero calorie sugar as my parents are diabetic but it didn’t reflect on the drink label so your staff made it with regular sugar. This could’ve killed them. Luckily I noticed when picking up the drinks and your staff was very understanding and offered to remake the drinks for me. I ordered thru Grab at the same branch and it reflects Zer0 on the label but your OWN app doesn’t. Fix your app ffs.

daily lucky draw removed from the app
the old app was glitching and prevented me from placing my order, and i had to uninstall and redownload the itea app. luckily i managed to get a reward from the lucky draw before deleting it but today i realised this new app does not have the lucky draw function anymore. at least give a notice or smth?? it’s not like the lucky draw gives rewards very often so why remove it zzz

The app is good overall, allowing me to order drinks in advance and collect later. But sometimes the app keeps crashing when I’m about to make a payment. App crashes when trying to redeem voucher
App was working fine until I got enough stamps to get a “free upsize”.
Ever since I got the reward for free upsize, the app crashes whenever I get to the “place order” page for drinks which are eligible to use the reward.
For drinks which do not qualify for the reward, I am still able to make the order. So the stamp rewards are essentially useless

App crashes whenever trying to checkout.
It’s been 3 days and no announcement or fix has been issued. The only items that can check out without crashing are honey lemonade, winter melon tea jelly and fresh milk teas, basically the ones that do not allow users to select cup sizes.
Keep up the good work, I’ll be done with iTea once I finish redeeming my free drink vouchers.

Lucky draw
Apps tend to hang but isok since most time i managed to order in the end but recent months i can’t spin the lucky draw. Saw got new update today thought it was fixed but still not fixed!! When i go in to spin is just a blank page..just so you know the lucky draw feature was what kept me ordering from your brand. If this is not fix i dont think i will order anymore

Placed order on app and reached outlet. There was a line of people ordering. All the people who were physically there ordering got their drinks and orders before my order was even called out. Gave priority to people who order physically at store.

It’s overall trash, and the fact that it happened multiple times that when I tried to pay using credit cars, it didn’t allow me to and kept saying an authentication error occurred. There was no problem with my card at all and the information I keyed in was right.

Overall I feel this app is very convenient fast and easy but definitely system needs to improve.
Design very simple and matches ITEA Branding/Logo.

Latest version crashes since iOS 13.4.1 to 14.5.1
I wonder what the developer is doing. Any app that crashes at the start does not even allow the user to order anything from iTea. The Developers must be highly incompetent!!!! I’m using iOS 13.4.1 on iPhone11 Pro Max and now I’m on iOS 14.5.1 on iPhone12 Pro Max. Years of inattention by developer. Can’t even fix this start up bug. Shows how good this app is.

All payment method doesn’t work: unable to top up iPay; keep telling me my grabpay doesn’t have credit (which i checked, I do); and can’t select any credit card to pay (my first card expired, so I registered a second one, but I can’t select it afterwards), truly frustrating.

Advice to improve on
I like to order itea using this app but it has a lot of problems. I ordered once in the itea and the order took very long to be ready and they give me wrong drinks and I asked for filter ice but they give me full ice and I also asked for pearls and they didn’t add .<- I experienced this a lot of times when I use the app .Another time at Jurong area the order three cups of drinks that cost $7 and the app deducted $14 I have to wait for 30plus mins to get it back . They always delay the order eg. I suppose to collect the drink at 7pm sharp but I have to wait 10mins and above for the drink. I wish I can use the app happily and not ended up up set with itea

Horrible User Experience
Hands down one of the worst application I have used. Extremely unstable and always crashes and closes automatically. I placed my order and immediately the app crashed, making me unaware if my order had been placed. Add pearl button isn’t working too.

Item paid order not send and it’s a hectic
Make an order and payment from the itea app,
Using grabpay
Payment through at grab app stating the transection amount and number but at the itea app it keep showing pay now.
So I went to the outlet to double confirm. And the order wasn’t received at the outlet at all. The poor staff cannot even find the transection, have to call HQ to verify took us 15mins to confirm the payment.
This app need to improve. But the staff is nice to assist.

Left a remark saying no sugar but they added sugar
Added in the remark saying no sugar but they say it’s not in the remark. Asked to change but they say it will still be sweet without sugar and one pump of sugar doesn’t make a difference as it’s the taro or pearl that is sweet. Asked to cancel the order then they willing to change for me. Purchase at blk 201 tampines outlet. In wink website, it’s stated u all accept it but they told me no such thing too. If u all don’t accept, pls don’t put it in the website.
