Changed phone and log in but always it will ask me to key in birthday again and again and worse part- it’s not working at all after keying the page just cannot accept “confirm” end up, I got to skip it and when in my account, it starts form zero

Disgraceful app. Unable to complete member account. Keeps hanging at date of birth field. It ask you to confirm the date of birth but keeps relating to confirm again after you click confirm button. Dumb.

After the next purchase you can’t rate it anymore Altho the option to rate is still open. After clicking on the rate there’s no way to rate another product again

Is it me only or this donki app’s been dropping notifications in the middle of the night. Received them ranging from 1am to 4am. Gonna off it once I finish writing this review!

I can see my transaction history showing the amt of dMiles I earned but it doesn’t display on the front page and I can’t do any redemption. Tried to leave Feedback on the app but the Feedback page isn’t working too.

Membership scanning issue
Every now and then I’ll get a notice to log in again with email n password. Why ? Then I go thru the hassle of trying to recall password. If I change the password, the points accumulated disappear. Its frustrating to use DONKI membership!!

to delete or not to delete
When I got my new mobile phone, I thought the app & all of my transaction data will be transferred as well to my new phone. Nope! It did not. Thought that upgrading the app will do the trick. Still nope! Several transactions later, my points still shows zero even if my transaction history says otherwise. The Donki cashier instructed me to delete the app & reinstall it. I tried it and got the message that says “all of your data will be erased”. Should I follow the cashier’s instructions or not?

No support and no point of membership
Dmiles doesn’t accumulate in your wallet which essentially means you can’t redeem coupons to offset purchases. Huge fail if you intend to drive incentive to get customer to continue shopping because they are members.

Unable to login when Change phone

App unable to accumulate Dmiles
It used to able to accumulate Dmiles but all of a sudden, it’s set to 0 and wiped out all my miles. I tried to log out and log in multiple times but miles still set at 0 and will not accumulate even when you did shop at Donki. Unable to send feedback using the app due to not able to type and no drop down list for country, stores shop with plus nature of Enquiry. The app must have not undergo any basic maintenance.

Empty page in the app
My point is never being updated, even I have purchased more than $100. Coupon, stamps, wallet are all empty. No point using it while purchasing items in don donki.

It’s been many months that I noticed my apps not updating miles even though I kept buying stuff from donki. D wallets also not showing anything.
Finally I decided to delete the app and download from App Store again…. And it works!!
Pls try doing so and don’t worry about losing your data. U still get back your data after reload.

Data is stuck at since 04/08/2020 and unable to display the latest dmiles. In app notifications say points added but does not show up in the app. It’s updated to the latest 2.2.0. Don’t bother to develop a app when u cannot maintain it.

It seems that the app doesn’t really work anymore. I visited the Downtown East outlet 4 times since it’s opening and scanned my membership app every time. From then till now my total points remain unchanged. Vouchers that were supposed to be valid till 30 Apr have also disappeared before 30 Apr! What is happening? Can developer please check and run some update??

I tried to log out from the app to see if does update when I relog in but was unable to. Deleted the app and download again from AppStore and the dmiles are finally updated.

Point system not working!
This app does NOT update the points after purchasing at the store. I've been buying for months now and the points remain the same. I asked the cashier if the points really get credited and she said yes while scanning the barcode. Lo and behold, 24 hrs later it's still the same! 😡

Going to the homepage keeps prompting the user (Singapore) to update the app. When directed to the App Store for the ‘update’, user is informed that the app has been removed. The description of the update in the app is shown to be app optimisation for Taiwan, please remove prompt for non Taiwan user.

This app has not been working for several months
As the title says. Please let me know if there is a solution. When I receive a notification about something, I launch the app and find that the app just keep loading forever and shows nothing - on both instances of wifi and 4G. Coupons, purchase history and points whatever information cannot be seen. What is the point of the sales notification and the points when I can’t even access the data / information? The previous version before we changed to this very slow and ineffective version was fast and gets the minimal job done which really makes me question the change. On top of that when the change over to this app took place it lost all over my previous purchase information which I had used the app to track - very infuriating.

Can’t login
Pls rectify your app to allow login via Mobile number, because I can’t login with my email. I click forget password and was told email not recognised or invalid. Registered and gotten the verification email, verified, but didn’t allow me to login. Subsequent login was greeted with same “send verification email” page and tried donkey times and not able to verify again. And I thot I can get this sign up in my queue for the cashier. Really a FUP experience with this membership app.
