Zero Refund policy
Have subscribed and didn’t like the learning process and on the same day requested for cancellation of subscription wrote couple of emails to support@promova no active response received for refund. Tried multiple emails and contacted support this is one of the top best scam apps out there.

Scam and fraud !!!
Like many others I was made to believe I could try out the 7 days trial before deciding to pay for the app so I downloaded it. Then it misleads u to choose a plan. Even I chose a monthly plan, I thot I would be charged only after 7 days . But it’s not !! they tried to charge to my card the whole price 1 year plan price which is USD 125 ! and even I tried to block my card they keep trying to charge to my card ! even I unsubscribe , cancelled the app, and they keep trying n Apple blocked my account due to unable to go thru this transaction , still waiting apple’s reply despite keep submitting help . So much stress !!! Stop charging my card right now !!!!

Ads in the purchase lessons
I paid for 12 weeks of lessons. After taking 2 lessons, the next lessons are locked. To unlock the lessons, we are required to watch the ads. There are many other subscriptions in the paid lessons that require you to pay to start the lessons. each lesson only lasts for 10 mins. Not worth it. I would like to require for a refund.

Very disappointed and unethical comoany
I made a mistake deleting data on the phone after subscribing from my desktop, thinking that they are different profile. My subscription was cancelled. I only realised that it is because I linked to profile earlier when trying on the app.
I wrote to support to reinstate my account but the answer was no. Support only says that there is no way to reinstatement and there will not be refund. The subscription cost me $54.98 for nothing.
Do not subscribe coz this company is unethical and doesn’t care about their customer. It is a system issue that they can restore my profile with the email I have used to register.

Word Booster cancellation
In Dec 2021, I Downloaded the app and cancelled the subscription before the expiry of the free trial. I was shocked to receive an email notification today to inform of an auto-deduction made from my paypal account. As I was going thru the history of my account activities, I realised that there was also another deduction made on 31/12/2021.
Please investigate and do the necessary refund. Thank you.

Hello there, This app has been charging me 3 times on total even though I have already cancelled subscription. I’ve been charged $28.34 & then 27.91 TWICE in November ? Requesting for a refund. This app advertised on insta & for some reason links you to NIC websites. It’ll come up as LBstudies.com & it’s not even secure. I was naive to fall for it. The service to read & check for English wasn’t available in my trial even though it was advertised visiually. This is a scam. Pls return.

I sign up for trial via Facebook Ad and upon successful they ask me to download app. Which they have different trial offer & monthly package vs website. So I create a new account, with a thought my prev sign up data been all linked together.
Apparently it way a different path. I been charge USD 1 for trial via web & USD 9.99 via app. What’s the point they ask me to download app?? If it’s separate charges.
Now asking for cancel trial & waive double charges still not been responded yet.

Every take note this app is scam as it says there is 1 week free trial but it charged once it downloaded and there is no way to unsubscribe because I found it not relevant for me.

The apps provide a 7-day free trial and a weekly subscription fee will be charged to the credit card after free trial. So I thought I can just give it a try to see if I like it. I realized it’s not sufficient for me hence wanted to unsubscribe. BUT!!! There’s no way for you to unsubscribe the weekly/ monthly fee!!!
