Error Message
The app is veryyyyy error prone!! I’m now gonna lose my streak because I can’t access a lesson because the error message keeps popping up. Sometimes I also have to wait several minuted before the listening function pops up during videos!! it is very annoying and inconvenient to use. Though I really love the concept of speaking more to learn a new language, fhe app itself has way too manu errors to use smoothly and be satisfied.

The problem with TEUIDA.
This app is horrible. Firstly, when you’re trying to remember what you’ve learnt and try to say it out, the app immediately interrupts your thinking not even when half of the timer has gone by. Interrupts your thinking and shows you the answer for a split second. Same as when you’ve partially answered a question and you’re trying to think. It just cuts you off after three seconds. Sometimes when you’re learning new words and have to repeat it, the way the ai says it is weird and when repeating it you have to go so far as to shout and find the sweet spot. One example of this is the Korean word for the number 4, “net”. The computer didn’t detect anything and after a while just automatically skipped it. When you’re saying the sentences you’ve learnt, the computer immediately says it afterwards, destroying your confidence. 0/10 would NOT recommend. The teachers aren’t even professional.

Amazing App!
Love it! I learned Spanish phrases under 2 days and managed to speak Spanish with my dad. He was very happy ! Should definitely try adding more languages though. I’m currently trying to learn to speak French on Duolingo, it’s not the best. I hope this app can add French and more languages soon!

I really love this app! Teuida has made learning Korean so much easier and more effective compared to other apps I have tried, like Duolingo. The lessons are well-scaffolded, making it easier to build up my understanding step by step.
Although it is a paid monthly subscription app, I am fully convinced it’s worth the money. The speaking practice with real native speakers has helped me gain confidence, not just in learning Korean, but in actually using it in real conversations. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their Korean speaking skills!

I love this app!
As someone learning Korean, this app has been such a confidence-booster! It really makes you unafraid to speak a new language or make mistakes. Sentence grammar is also explained clearly for each lesson, which is wonderful.
The teachers ‘speak’ clearly to the screen so you feel as though you’re having a very productive private lesson. Doesn’t hurt that they are all cute and feel so friendly. The mic sensor cuts off early for older lessons but is better now.
The app recently switched to a premium Paid option for its Stories, which are like mini dramas with lines we learn to speak. (One proper lesson is still free each day.) Lots of complaints online but I support monetising the app so it survives. Lots of hard work go into filming the lessons for us!
Customer service is great. I email them about technical errors with certain files, or asking them when the next lesson will update. They actually reply my email and NOT with template replies ❤️ Do support this app 👍

I’ve wanted to write this for a while! I randomly downloaded this app not expecting much, but now I have over a 100-day streak because it’s really engaging and simple to learn.
I’ve picked up the korean alphabet separately to help with reading, but this app is wonderful to just understand conversational speaking. I’ve recommended it to a few friends and really think it’s helpful if you’re picking up beginner korean! 😄

Cannot submit acct registration info
Does not seem compatible with my iPhone. Post log-in page hung every single time and I could not submit the information to register after trying for 15 min. Frustrating. Idea of the app sounds interesting but since I can’t even access it, I’m deleting this.

They cut you off before you say finish any sentence
I think the microphone is too sensitive and cuts quite fast even if the sentence w have to say are long and i think there should be a acceptable time limit to speak into the mic as we are still learning hope you will update this feature

speaking & listening to locals speaking korean definitely helped my learning process better than just reading off textbooks !
each lesson is short so it makes the processing of vocabulary easy.
its better if you have basic knowledge on how to read hangul first, by the way.
