开始汇款的时候还可以，后来汇款时间变成很久都收不到款，试着联系客服，东八区上午11点，竟然一个客服也不在线，汇的款项也不是小数目。除了客服之外没有其他联系方式，感觉这个熊猫没什么保障。

Responsible apps
Actually would like to give a very bad comment for my first transaction as my first transaction has stuck there for a year, tried to contact at first few month with their customer service, but no response and thing could not be solve. So decided to give up that transaction. However, today their manager has chat with me and that transaction finally transferred successfully today. Thank you Panda Remit manager to putting effort with customer.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
I have been using this apps for almost 2 years plus, and was a happy customer until recent encounter with their agent.
1. For some reason, during my recent overseas fund transfer. The app hold back my transition and enforce me to carry out verification process with their agent. The verification was VERY INVASIVE to the extend of invading your privacy. The type of questions the agent asked was like who are the recipient to you? And WHY do you transfer to the recipient and for what purpose ? It’s only a $200 dollars overseas transfer, the verification as if you are funding some Middle East terrorists groups.
2. Glitches app, when you contacted the customer agent. It back you to a different page, the waiting Q was terrible plus the fact if you stop scrolling the text box, you will get kick out of that session and it will make you re-quene again.
3. This app was developed and manage by a China or Chinese firm residing in HK. Refer back my point 1. If the verification is to prevent or avoid the sender of falling to internet scam, I will believe that they did a very bad job. Trust me, instead it feel like an interrogation by China communist party (CCP). It doesn’t make me feel safe to conduct any funding transition with them any more, as if the CCP is monitoring you and watching you!

根据官方网站上显示的公司名字汇款，新加坡银行都已经确定钱已经进入到这个公司，客服就硬说 这笔钱没有进入到她们账号，不愿意配合总公司查询这笔款项，我只能联系新加坡银行追回这笔款项，我是没有损失，只是麻烦一点、时间上长一点点，但是让我了解了熊猫速汇这个平台，大家转账千万还是要去实体商铺办理，手机上操作 事后很难处理！

The “Help” customer support section on the app is useless
I sent out my money, and waited and waited, my money on the other currency haven’t received. I asked customer support on the “Help” section but it’s useless, no one answered despite me waiting and waiting. My money is currently stuck there. I’m not sure if this’s a scam or an issue.
Update: after the first bad impression, it works pretty well now. Changed the rating from 1 star to 4, will consider increasing to 5.

也不知道是客服太少还是就一个人，等了一上午也不见个人来回复，回复也都是一些没有建设性的答案，也没有电话可以拨打，唯一能做的就是干等。真希望客服部门能够多些人手，效率高些。对了，如果实在等不到就只能打电话给银监部打投诉电话了。

需要谨慎考虑风险建议取消脸部识别
在网络安全如此脆弱的今天 刷脸支付变成常态，除非真的是刻意搜集用户信息做别的用途，否则真的应该取消脸部识别的采集，去钱币兑换提交证件反洗钱无可厚非 但是采集能够用于支付用途的脸部特写强烈反对。就像去钱币兑换我不会让他采集近距离特写照片，实在要验真伪上车照片也能接受。可强制把近距离面容和身份证件交在一个第三方软件公司，何况所谓政府牌照是给熊猫汇款的各个国家的合作方 而不是给这款软件本身。希望熊猫真诚地对待用户 最终实现秒杀一众实体兑换商。
