Non-optional updates when you need to enter
Bad timing and so unintuitive. The app has asked me on two separate occasions to update while my QR Code is open to access my office. Making it more irritating it is non-optional I.e. while you are outside of the office you need to stand awkwardly for 2 minutes for the app to update before you can then reopen the app and generate the QR code. From a working and frustrating POV why can’t we enter first and update later?

Kept adjusting the QR screen brightness
When it display the QR code, it increase the screen brightness which prevent Capital Tower gantry camera can’t read the QR code. And there is no option to stop the app from doing this.
