Compatibility may vary between phones and operating systems. Learn more about compatible phones at http://FreeStyleLibre.com.
USING YOUR APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
If you’d like, you can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app and the reader with the same sensor. Start the sensor with the reader first, then scan with your phone.
Remember that the app and reader do not share data with each other. For complete information on a device, scan your sensor every eight hours with that device; otherwise, your reports will not include all your data. You can upload and view data from all of your devices on LibreView.com.

Impressive but can be better

1st time using after hesitating for more than 3 years. Very impressive but if the app allows taking pictures of food/meal will better help patients to understand which food is good and which will raise blood sugar.

This App has become so buggy and clunky

I use this App on my IPhone 12 Pro Max and of late this App has become so clunky. Once I open the app, I need to press the ‘ Check Glucose’ button at least 3 times before the scan sign comes on. When I scan, sometimes the app does not even make a sound (earlier it did so) when the reading has been taken. Overall the app has become quite unresponsive and clunky. Please fix these issues.

Compatibility Issues With Latest IOS 14

I’m having trouble to scan with my iPhone after installing IOS 14. After I scan once I’ve to close and reopen app again for the next scan. This is really annoying. Please fix this issue with your app to make it compatible with IOS 14.2

Sync with health mate

I think this works well as a stand alone app but and a big but , it does not sync to Apple health, ALL of my previous diabetes devices either directly or through app synced and allowed my fitness data to be incorporated from my health app. This is why 2 star instead of 5.
This gives a much better overview of diet exercise and blood as a combined system for myself and health care professionals.
Quite surprised that a premium system like this doesn’t sync.
My cheap $60 finger stick check system does all this e-SMBG surprising really.

Basic app, needs improvement

Hi,
I have recently started using the app.
1. It would be great if I can choose a particular time and see the exact value in the graph.
2. I use the reader and app alternatively. Is there any way to sync the data between the 2?
3. Is there a possibility to adjust the graph scales (zoom in or out) to see the trend in a particular range.
4. It would be interesting if the app can suggest tips based on the current reading and trend.
5. Can we have more options like before/after food, medication (instead of just insulin) in the log book?
Thanks :)

It works but lack of basic features

The app works as it is supposed to but lacks of many basic features:
- landscape mode to view a wider range of graph
- unable to show the value of a particular point - user can only estimate
- doesn’t sync with iOS health > graph will never integrate with readings from conventional glucose metres, manual inputs or even Lifestyle brand products.

Works great. Very convenient.

After a few false starts setting up an account on my part, I finally got this to work. Works great. No need to bring the reader device around anymore. This is an awesome product.
