The Bose Music app lets you easily browse and control your favorite music from one or many Bose smart products. Grouping problem

Awesome head phone - but with quirks.

The Good:
Very comfortable
Love the feel
The noise cancellation is great
The call quality is great
The Bad:
While it pairs with multiple devices, switching between devices is challenging on the headset. However if you use the app it’s very easy. But to use the app, you need to have your phone connected.
I have a QC35 as well but I can’t use the same app. It’s just annoying to use different apps for different headphones.

Do not buy - Worst App ever

The Bose Music app is outright the worst app ever. Sound Bar 700 plus the sub simply stopped connecting to the app by itself so now I have zero functionality. Just on/off plus volume. Every time I try to connect, it fails with the error message on failed activation of the product. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting nothing worked. Even the "service" option in the app simply displayed an error - rubbing salt into my wounds. Outright worst purchase ever. Can't wait to trash this piece of junk and buy a reliable Sony or Samsung product. What a total waste of hard earned money. DO NOT BUY !

Unable to switch track for QC earbuds

Just purchased the QC earbuds, found out that it doesn’t allow switching to previous songs. This is such a letdown and should be easily solved with a software update. Yet Bose Music continues to slack and delay the update despite flooding negative feedback on Bose community forum. FIX IT!!!

Auto connect but no audio

Lately, the earbuds and QC35 did not present any audio when it’s already auto connected. I had to reconnect them to make the devices work. I guess it’s time to switch back to Sony.

Forces Login, mandatory with Headphone purchase

The app is basically mandatory to change any setting on headphones (I got Bose 700) but does *not* allow to skip setting up an account, tried to force the user to log in and share data with all kinds of dark user patterns. Unbelievable this is legal. You buy 400$ headphones and can’t use them.

Buggy firmware updates with Headphones 700 and iPad portrait mode only

It’s very difficult to get the update to go through with the Headphones 700. I keep getting the message: update started from another device. This headphones only are running on my phone and tablet and both say the same message, go figure.
The iPad app is a misery to use. It doesn’t support landscape mode which is a terrible experience while using the smart keyboard. Bose, you got to ramp up your game. Your software experience is still subpar.

Not able to connect my Bose 700 to the app after firmware upgrade

This issue happened after upgrading the firmware of my Bose 700 headphones.
I’ve resorted to deleting and reinstalling the app.
The connection to my Bose 700 headphones will work for the first time, but connectivity is not possible for subsequent headphone usage.
Please rectify ASAP. Thanks

Able to include selection to TV on the APP

Hi, is theres no selection of TV in the app, im using Bose 700 soundbar and i have to manually select using back the Bose Remote. The rest is all good. It would be nice the next update to app able to have include TV, so we can switch input from the app itself would be nice. Thanks

Volume control haywire after iOS update

Unable to activate Bose Headphone 700 & Download/Install the Bose Music App after deletion

I just purchased the Bose Headphone 700 and I can't seem to activate it via the Bose Music app on my iPhone XS Max running the latest iOS version, as of date.
Thus, I deleted the Bose Music app- wanting to re-download/install and I can't seem to even download/install the app now despite rebooting my iPhone, logging in/out of my App Store account. Oh well....
Send help if there is.

Bose Music App

The Bose Music app is rather limited and only works with Spotify for paid music subscription. I don't know why it does not work with Apple Music and u have been waiting for years now.

Sleep mode perhaps

Losing the device

The app keeps losing the device and the connection is not stable. Everything else has been checked. When will Alexa on the speaker actually be useable like any other Echo device.
