To use our service in Brazil, please download the ‘99’ app in the App Store.
To use DiDi in China, please download the ‘DiDi-Greater China’ app in the App Store (China mainland / Hong Kong SAR).
Requesting a trip is simple:
1. Download the app and follow the instructions to create an account.
2. To request a trip, select your pickup and dropoff locations.
3. Once we’ve found a driver, you’ll be shown the driver and vehicle information. Please note: all our driver-partners are vetted before joining our platform. You can also check the driver’s pickup route and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
4. At the end of your trip, pay hassle-free using your preferred payment method directly in the app.
5. Safety first! Take a minute to learn how to set Trusted Contacts, use the Emergency Button or share your ride status using our in-app Safety Toolkit.

Unable to get any driver
I saw many drivers around my area but none accepts my requests. Not sure what was the issue. It happened all the time.

Unreliable
Unpleasant experience thus far, possibly the worst rideshare service I’ve ever encountered. 3/5 times I’ve used their service, the drivers cancelled on me after making me wait for 15min, one of which asked me to cancel instead. Not sure if this will affect my chances of getting rides in the future. I’d understand if my location was hard to get to but my pickup locations have been all central so what’s their excuse?
You’ll prolly have better luck with Uber.

Horrible - unable to get any rides
I tried didi so many times and never managed to get any Drivers to pick me up.. was in the city and tried calling Didi.. there were many Drivers around us yet after an hour of waiting... no one accepted my ride.. never going to use this horrible app/service again..
