Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. Booked in the afternoon for an evening game but had something urgent came up. Contacted customer service on WhatsApp and told me only able to cancel 24 hours before the game if not it’s considered no show and no refund. How to cancel if literally booked on the same day.

Had played so many games with them but no leeway given. Only allow death or hospitalisation for cancellation. First time requesting to cancel btw.

Booking by yourself will be much cheaper. I guess they can afford to lose customers now.

This app solves all the struggles of wanting to play soccer, with a simple click. With constant discounts and the multiple locations around Singapore, playing soccer has never been easier. Poor customer service and Slow App

App is extremely laggy and only loads after reloading the app a few times. Customer service bounces enquiries around to other departments so as to avoid dealing with the customer. Took more than a month before they responded to my enquiry over a refund.

entered a student free game very early during weekday,they suddenly decided to remove me from the playing list when there are suddenly people on the waiting list at the very last minute and claimed that it was “overdemanding” when i was very early to book.

Gym isn’t my thing. Futsal is.

My times are pretty packed and when I’m available to play Futsal, my friends are not. The whole logistics of it is a pain.

Thanks to Stranger Soccer, I just pick a time and place to play Futsal, make payment and turn up. It’s that easy.

The app is straight forward as well.

Awesome app!

A wonderful and intuitive app to use! The troublesome thing about team sports (especially when you get older and have more commitments) is that you need a committed number of players before a game can happen. It gets even more frustrating when people pull out, or you just need that 1 or 2 more players to make the game happen. Stranger Soccer does a great job at this and makes games happen as much as possible. I applaud the effort and I’m happy that now, even as a father of 3, I still get to enjoy the game with assurance. Keep it up!
