Why does it not load this time????

Cannot use it in Singapore

I purchased the B31 model and was excited to try out when it is shipped to my place.
But disappointed to find out it is ‘not allowed to be used in my location’ which is a great disappointment given how it is being advertised on taobao for the features and price.
Suggest manufacturer to solve it if they allow the product to be sold to overseas market.

Do not support multiple files printing

Only can print same file for multiple times (with VIP paid membership) but do not support multiple files printing at one go….this function is so commonly used by many other label printers for free…

decent app but room for improvement

improvements i’d like to see: left side 90 degrees text rotation or full element rotate, ability to lock elements so don’t accidentally change, allow custom fonts, more date format (where’s “dd, MMM” ?) or custom formatting, remove premium if a user has multiple devices (spent enough!)

17Aug2023 - my D11 printer cannot connect to the NIIMBOT app!

Hi, Today 17 Aug 2023, I want to connect the D11 printer to the NIIMBOT app on my iPhone 12mini, the connection was connected for 1-2secs and then the connection breaks up. I have tried so many times… so is there some software bugs/glitches? I even re-download the app and the problem is still there.

The connection is quite bad.

Everytime I close the app and reopen to connect my D11 device again, it always fails to connect to my phone.. even though its charged fully, disconnected from other APPs and etc… can someone fix this interface its really a hassle. I’ve tried everything, turning off my Bluetooth then turning it on again, on off the D11 device, switch off my phone to reset, delete n re-downloaded the app but to NO avail.

Request to cater for external Bluetooth keyboard input on the iPad

Hi,
I really love this app and everything that comes with it, the printers, the ease of use, the fonts available.
The only complaint that I have is that it does take a long time to manually type out everything especially if I want to create a lot of labels, and it would help so much if I can use this app with a keyboard on the iPad.
While the NIIMBOT app does work on the iPad, the moment I connect it to my keyboard, the text input disappears, rendering this app essentially useless if I want to create new labels.
I do hope that the app developer can look into this and solve this issue for an app that otherwise works perfectly!

Weird printing

After some updates, the printer always have problems when printing the first label. The words become partially missing. Then when printing in multiple labels at the same time, in some labels, the pictures don’t appear but in other labels, the picture appears. I had to waste a lot of labels when I was printing in bulk because of the missing pictures in some labels.

Unable to connect Bluetooth

Keeps trying to connect and device found yet connecting failed no matter how near the device is with my iPhone 13. The NIIMBOT is not cheap and I can’t use it just because it can’t connect.

Great but laggy

Its a great user friendly label printer but it is supppperrrr laggggyyyyy! I paid subscription for 1st month but decided its not worth $10 for such a laggy app. And it frequently shuts off by itself and whatever u have typed is all gone! 😡😡😡 hope they can improve this with their updates

Fonts need to be paid to use after new update.

All the smaller fonts are gone, and replaced with another set of fonts now.
Some of the fonts need to be paid (subscription! not even one time payment) to use.
Please allow the text to be smaller (smaller than point 5) if you remove small fonts!

Paper alignment

When I use a small paper (sticker) roll, it’s hard to align to the Center because there is no guideline inside the paper hole so the printing appears loop sided .

It only prints letters

Umm is it suppose to print the design or not? Mine just prints the letter despite the designs I tap . Anyways, it’s a good and cute product!
